I guess this is jumping on a bandwagon that's just getting into 2nd gear, but as
just another mouthy fan the stakes are low when I get it wrong from my seat …
compliments + congratulations + thank you to entire Dubs leadership group for
exercising the patience + imagination to visualize what this roster could become
& the confidence in their own knowledge + judgment to stick with it thru all that
was unexpected in the first half of the season …
I've said elsewhere the best trade move Dubs made in past half century was
trading Monta Ellis for Bogut, Steph & Klay (I Know Steph+Klay were on roster
but that IS in effect what the trade amounted to at the time). Standing pat this
past trade deadline may prove to be the second best "trade move" I've enjoyed.
All the noise wars yeah+naying @ mixing "the next generation" w/ aging HOFers
the first year & then pissing@ what a failure that supposedly became after that,
missed that there was a quiet slow road plan B going on @ Santa Cruz
I haven't heard the buzz phrase I've forgotten for describing that strategy in
a while now — that I can't even remember the buzz phrase may be senioritis –
but I'm curious how long it'll take the buzz word factory to relocate that stash &
notice the rooks & Santa Cruz Dubs' contributions this year are making plan B
look more&more on track to deliver on that old+new mixed generations' lofty
goals in a way that has me thinking here now that …
baseball would be a helluva lot less fun if they only got 1 strike instead of 3
great fun to see GP2 on the court again +
ALL the possible combos getting tested
what a delicious treat to have the brilliantly balanced variety@ Bigs we have now
the depth+variety on this roster can mean rested fresh vet legs @playoffs
I love watching Kings, Thunder, Nuggets, Wolves for a lot of same reasons I
loved the playing style as much as the results@ Dubs' championship teams
+ w/ Clippers, Lakers, Suns, Mavs progress getting their All-Star mojos aligned
= whoever is in NBAfinals from West will need everything they've got to get there
+ we the fans are gonna have a helluva lotta fun watching+bitching @ it all
P.S. way past time we all started dishing NBA's zebras a whole lotta love for
having the extreme gumption+patience it takes to even attempt to do that
impossibly difficult job in front of a worldwide audience of millions while slo mo
cameras + mouthy announcers righteously pounce on every mistake they make.
I rage @ their mistakes as I think I see them like every fan does but it's time we
all admit out loud more that we wouldn't have a game+league w/o our zebras
& it takes a lot of self-development + self-denial just to get to where they are
EVERY player has their bad nights. EVERY fan has off nights @ arm chair ref.
go ref an NBA game yrself, then watch each play's slo mo replay several times,
keep a tally of good/bad calls you made, & then stare @ your mirror while you
rip NBA refs
but run a mile in their shoes not keeping up w/ Steph + SGA + Kyrie before you
join the choir singing "Ref U Suck" after a call that sucked, or a call that didn't

Max Effort & Focus will min. More evenly spread across the roster is the key. This roster is good but max Focus & Effort is the the difference between all the close losses and a win
Kerith's career is soon to be over… her "white privilege" is being revoked. Next up will be Bob… Mullin is safe because he is a HOF.
Podz taking charges is equivalent to having a shot blocker because it ditters player from attacking the hole aggressively I love his play
