As this season for the Raptors 9005 he’s averaging 24 points per game you know his three point percentage isn’t crazy it stepped down a little bit but he’s taking 7 threes a game and still 33% behind the three-point line which is really solid and he’s the main usage
Player on this 905 team even when grd dicks down there even with jonte Porter down there you know Justice winsa whoever heck is on this team Freeman Liberty is the guy that’s the go-to score for this roster and you know he’s putting up some you know he’s efficient
From the free throw line he’s a good shooter even though the 33% could be a little bit higher you know at the NBA level but he’s a high usage guy so he’s taken a lot of crazy shots all over the court but seven rebounds four assists
For him with the ball in his hand 1.4 steals he’s been regarded as a player that’s a pretty solid Defender you know for during the course of his career nothing too too crazy on another level but I’ve heard positive things about him on the defensive end and just a guy

If the team is far from the play-in range by mid-March, he definitely should get some minutes.
I’m trading bruce brown to move up the pacers pick as high as possible. That’s goal number one. Goal number two SHOULD be to start gradey. Not sure what Darko is doing. Gradey needs 30+ min a game. We should be aiming to keep our pick this year. And then add one more high end player at 4-5-6- pick and then give our pick next year to spurs.

As much as i love him, if you watch the games, you'll understand why his numbers are what they are. He doesn't pass a whole lot, and he's definitely score first. With trying to get Scottie more touches at point, he's going to have to drop to the SG spot in place of Gary maybe, but his 3pt shot needs to improve.

I hope JFL gets a shot this year but I think his real opportunity will be next year. He reminds me a bit of RJ-lite. Great downhill and not really a shooter but passable from deep. I think you touched on something really important which is the cap flexibility bit and we have heard from Masai and Bobby that they want to prioritize flexibility. I have a strong suspicion that means letting GTJ and Bruce Brown walk to clear a bunch of cap space. That will open up the opportunity to take a big swing at young expensive free agents like Nic Claxton or Patrick Williams. It will also open up opportunities at backup guard spots for people like JFL, Markquis Nowell, maybe even G-Leaguer Kobi Simmons. Also opens room for a rookie guard brought in through the draft with the Pacers or Detroit picks, or even a cheaper free agent guard like Talen Horton-Tucker for example.
