At least he makes his free throws. He’s hit 28 in a row.

  2. His only value right now is not picking up his team option and salary dumping

We can always throw the can further /s

People talk about the ability to trade Bruce Brown and cut him, but that usually entails us taking back bad salary which our FO would not like.

I think we will end-up trading him for an Olynyk type player, someone that isn’t completely useless but also nothing more than a rotation player.

I imagine he thought he would be gone by trade deadline, now he’s just waiting for offseason. Sucks cause this could tank his value, hopefully he can flip the switch the last 10-23 games.

I don’t think he’s a bad player. But he doesn’t look like he’s playing his hardest.

I watched him a lot last season and the playoffs.

  6. He’s only effective on contending teams with spacing

This is so strange considering his reputation as a reliable role player. I hope he can turn it around.

  8. He clearly didn’t wanna be here post trade deadline (even alluded to it) and he’s showing it on the court doing the bare minimum. Rival teams probably know this and aren’t worried about his lack of performance here lately.

FO should have read the room instead of stubbornly keeping him after February 8th thinking he was gonna buy in to the rebuild 🤷🏿‍♂️

i was at the game and watching BB closely tonight, and his body language is just way off.

he looks out of sync with the rest of the guys out there. i think it’s clear he’s not in a situation in Toronto that he wants to be in.

Should had traded him for couple of 2nd round picks

  11. Exceptionalwizard

Fuck it. Let’s sign him to a max contract. Lol. I’m kidding. Can’t even type that seriously

  12. Lucky_Context

If we aren’t concerned with winning, plus minus doesn’t really matter. (But I haven’t watched the games much so, I’m just saying )

  13. Wouldn’t his contract make a lot of sense for a team that can sign free agents? Say, for example, the Heat want to make a run at Paul George and need cap space. They might be enticed to make a trade for Brown at the draft in order to decline the option and free up nearly 20 million, right?

they really about to get nothing for pascal siakam

aint no way any team is giving up a decent 1st rounder for bruce brown in the off season

  15. Responsible_Chain551

I still remember people praise this guy for his 1st game as Raptors ! Pretty funny how things turn around just similar to Dennis.

And it’s also funny that Darko have similar faith in both players.

I was at the game yesterday, Bruce has horrible last night and we couldn’t recover from his minutes after

  17. CoolEarth5026

I don’t understand the hype. He’s been terrible so far.

  18. Several_Repeat_5447

He just doesn’t have any value for this team. We already have guys who do the same things as him, even if it’s not as good.

Plus he isn’t playing off better offensive talents like Indy or Denver, which is probably the bigger issue.

  19. Adventurous-Block-99

Thats sorta how it works when you’re on a losing team😂

  20. Funky_Buds

We traded shröder for nothing and kept brown…
I can’t stand watching brown play. Guy looks clueless out there.

  21. 😂🤣 lmao y’all thought Dillon Brooks was overpaid…BB about to be used for Salary Cap space when they decline his team option.

  22. Agreed_fact

He’s an effort and energy guy with 6th man talent. He’s only going to look his best on a very good team with very good and consistent players.

  23. he’s the type of player that needs elite talent so he doesn’t have so do much. only times he’s been relevant was when he played with nets big 3 and jamal and jokic. every other year he’s been mid
