Gotta make free throws when you can’t make threes.

It also helps to play hard. But that should’ve been a given.

  2. This season is officially over. Really lost to the Memphis Hustle

  3. Otaku_Instinct

The gasps in Barclays when Schroeder missed that clutch FT… we’re cooked unfortunately šŸ˜”

  4. LabEveryday

Terrible coaching to play Bridges all 4 quarters

  5. Never_enough_Dolf

Absolute fucking textbook Nets loss, missing free throws, no rebounding whatsoever.

Goodbye play in. Worst game of the season.

I wasnā€™t a fan of the reffing, Ollie couldā€™ve done a better job coaching (play zone man), but this is a character loss.

The Grizzlies came out with physicality and played harder. Remember when the Nets used to do that to teams? Iā€™m talking early Kenny days when theyā€™d just steal wins from teams.

Taylor Jenkins is a really good coach. This loss is in this teams character. It isnā€™t surprising and thatā€™s the most disappointing part

  7. gleeson630

The coaching absolutely has very little to do with wins and losses for this team honestly. They canā€™t win no matter the coach. Theyā€™re too stupid tbh, theyā€™ll find a way to give it up.

Iā€™m really fucking sick of rooting for the team. Really sucks. Just let the hawks have the last playin seed. Canā€™t have shit around here.

  8. Groady_Wang

We really lost to a AAU team šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø

  9. How does Mikal make the same very specific mistake twice in the same season? I’m talking about the lane violation on the intentional miss. He did it a couple months ago too.

  10. EliManningham

Not surprised. This team has terrible offensive talent and can’t score against any scrappy perimeter defenders. No Bruno Fernando in drop tonight.

  11. A_Polite_Noise

There aren’t many games that are clear-cut winnable games for this roster, so you hate to see us give one of them away like this

But, no point dwelling…they need to get their shit together and play Philly tomorrow. Less winnable but if they look like a basketball team out there then I’ll forgive an L, I just want to know they’re reaching for their ceiling even if that ceiling is middling.

    See y’all tomorrow

    *Let’s Go Nets!*

    **BROOKLYN!!!**

  12. “ThE NeTS pLAy beTTer witHOut CaM ThOMas” where yall at???

  13. Jalen Wilson need more minutes specially with a injuried Mikal

  14. jdiddy_ub

When you think about it, this team is just an extension of Simmons.

Started off the season pretty well, then disappeared for a long time.

Plays okay here and there, and every time they show you something decent to give you a glimmer a hope, it reverts back to hopelessness.

I don’t get how you can pay your starting Center $20+ mil when he gets out rebounded by 3 individual opponents and the opposing team as a whole gets 20 more rebounds than you.

His individual defense is awesome, but how valuable is that when you can’t finish possessions with him on the floor?

  16. Any_Weekend_4029

We honestly tried to help you guys out and give you the game. We are on a compete hard but lose mission rest of the season. Also no way Mikal doesnā€™t get traded this summer bro is a 3rd option.Ā

  17. Woodstatrey

The second worst loss this year after the hornets one early on

  18. Historical-Mud-1218

As bad as the Celtic loss, maybe worse. Marks should fire himself.

Some losses like the Celtics loss are franchise events where you need to make a change. This is one of those.

  19. Funyarinpa-13

Bad feeling that Kennard will torch this team came true. šŸ˜
