  1. Sorry Hayward but you’ve been cheeks (7) games: 15 mpg, 2pts, 3reb shooting 24% from the field and has not attempted a three until tonight’s blowout. He’s been a netnegative in every game he’s played in except for the Wizard where OKC blew them out by 45+ points. Give his mins to Wiggins, he NEEDS to play 20 mins per game moving forward. How Hornets got two picks a young prospect and Micic is crazy.

April is around the corner, 21 games left. No more fiddling around with cutesy lineups. Time to lock in and focus, lets get these rotations straight and finish strong going into the playoffs.

  2. CasualKindaHo

I genuinely hate the Lakers. Doesn’t matter who plays for them. Hate em.

  3. Disaster class overall. Gotta give props to Giddey and Dort.

Lakers in the playoffs will be bad for us.

  4. royalewlthcheese

I know we played uncharacteristically bad but lets be for real, we don’t want to see Lakers in the playoffs. They are the best team at using our lack of size against us. Lebron and AD will kill us

  5. DJ-two-timing-timmy

All good we can have a good bounce back game against Portland and get to watch Duop Reath who we should have considered trading for..

  6. At this point what team do we even want in the first round?

  7. SilentbutDC

We really are gonna be the pretenders of the play-offs aren’t we?

  8. KingRonMark

Biyombo looked like a traffic cone out there in front of davis. Moose couldn’t hit a shot either.

  9. Absolutely embarrassing game. Just a sad performance.

  10. fellowENT18

Some of y’all gotta take a deep breath. Some of y’all saying were first round exits because we had an off night shooting on the second half of a road trip back to back. The rebounding is a problem, but we’re 1/2 seed for a reason god damn

  11. LoonierEclipse

Best performance of the game goes to Chris Fisher & Michael Cage for somehow staying upbeat.

  12. OrganizationHour1757

The rims have to be remotely adjusted to favor the Lakers, how else do you explain missing so many wide open looks vs this god damn team

  13. Working_Beautiful730

Better hope yall don’t play the lakers first round lmao

  14. JumboHotdogz

Yep we don’t want no Lakers in the playoffs. They owned the small teams to the WCF last year before they faced a team with enough size to contend with them. We still have a chance with how well we shoot and we still forced a ton of turnovers but it’s not the ideal matchup for us.

P.S. There was a horrible substitution in the 1Q when 4 players got subbed. That lineup change was when we lost all momentum.

  15. Look, even if we end up getting the Lakers in the playoffs, maybe it will be a reverse 2019 playoffs where we lost during our “Best Case Scenario”

Maybe we will win during our “Worst Case Scenario” with a SGA buzzer beater to end the Lakers franchise

    (copium)

  16. lmaoooyikes

Shai, JDub and Chet simply need to play better, too many TOs and bad offensive possessions from those 3 tonight (especially Shai & JDub)

Still don’t get why people are scared shitless if we matchup with the Lakers though, they shouldn’t scare you more than any other team (besides maybe the Warriors) in the play-in race

  17. pettybendherass

we need to put our guys on the same program Steve was on

  18. pettybendherass

this sucks now. but we gutted the Kobe/Pau Lakers too to get our first taste. this will feel sweeter

  19. Illustrious_South135

Do I want to play the lakers? No
Are we gonna shoot this poor every game against them? Also no

  20. liberator17

Lakers games this year have been bizarre. We can’t hit shots, they can’t miss. If we hit open shots, different game. If their physicality is actually called for fouls, different game. If over the back fouls were called (this could apply to most games), different game. DLo and Reaves hitting BS shots made a big difference. We forced a lot of turnovers in the second but couldn’t hit anything. Could have been a different game. I know everyone here has been saying they don’t want to face LA in the playoffs but I would be interested to see if the FG% disparity would remain in a series, especially from 3.

  21. ScutumSobiescianum

Since Suave is not here I know you guys are having withdrawal symptoms so here goes. This loss is on Giddey

  22. My best friend is a Lakers fan and we’ve bet 20 bucks on all our match ups this year. I am financially ruined at this point.

  23. The deal is a healthy AD is just the perfect player to go against us.

On offense he can swallow up everything in the paint and flush it down.

On defense he can sag off Shai the perfect distance, so that he can alter any mid range jumper, and so that he can’t be beat by any creative dribble combination to the rim for a layup. Shai is great at getting to his spots… but AD makes those spots not so great.

We did miss our fair share of open shots tonight which were backbreakers because we also were forced into many late in the shot clock ugly shots that missed badly or got rejected.

Hachimura and Reddish are quite long and agile as well.
