We had a stream before this game where I said the perfect tank game would be repair goes off and plays a bunch of minutes and the Blazers are competitive and lose by like five well this game tonight the Blazers end up losing to the Minnesota Timberwolves on the road in Minnesota
Against one of the best teams in the west this season 119 to 114 despite being short-handed despite not having multiple vets out there despite having to play Ryan ruper a bunch of minutes ruper comes through wreath comes through Simons comes through and made this an extremely competitive loss and in my
Opinion Eric the perfect tank game as I’m really excited to talk about simons’s performance today and especially some Ryan ruper who I’ve been fanboying over all season long begging for Chanty to play him over Justin manah so I’m looking forward to this postgame show we’re going to have big boards and
Some fun stuff in this one Eric how’s it going and uh do you agree with my sentiment that this was kind of the perfect tanking game oh yeah for sure uh you know the Blazers I I don’t know it didn’t feel like they were ever going to win this
Game but it also like they just kept fighting back every time they got down by like 11 to 13 points they would um hang in there and make it tough and uh yeah it was it was really cool seeing him in the fourth quarter uh kind of if
Anything just making Minnesota keep all their starters on the court till the very end um no garbage time in this one and uh yeah really really fun performances um by a lot of guys who quite frankly shouldn’t have probably been as good as they were tonight
Against uh this kind of team yeah I expected the Blazers to get blown out the Timberwolves were 14-point favorites I took the Timberwolves in this one I just expected the Blazers to not be able to Rebound with them I said you know I think Minnesota’s getting at least 13 14
Offensive rebounds they got 12 so another thing that I was pretty spoton about um but the Blazers in their own right got some offensive rebounds and and were able to keep up scoring the ball that’s what I’m really surprised with because in these short-handed lineups especially when the Blazers have
Started a lot of size started Chris Murray Jabari Walker played Delano Banton you know Ashton Haggin is playing in games like these the Blazers have really struggled to score 100 points and going up against one of the best defenses in the League this season going up against the soon Tobe Defensive
Player of the Year in Rudy goar repeat Defensive Player of the Year how many times has he won I’m not sure this is going to be what his third or fourth or something like that this was a a big team that the Blazers were going against with dape starting at Center and Moses
Brown playing nine minutes at backup center and the Blazers I just I just didn’t think they matched up well with them and I figured this was going to be one of those games where they score like 93 points and maybe it’s close if they can play some defense but it was close
Not necessarily because of the defense it was close because they actually put some points on the board it was close because they actually hit some threes 16 for 39 from behind the three-point line 41% which is far better than a lot of their recent shooting performances they
Also have 28 assists on 45 made shots and only 13 turnovers they shoot 49% from the field as well which means they shot well from inside the ark they didn’t get many foul calls only shot 11 free throws to Minnesota’s 30 s so the fact that they were able to shoot the
Ball well against this lineup was a pleasant surprise yeah very much so um and I mean Chris didn’t hit threes uh very well um except for he hit his toughest one he took um but missed all his wide open ones uh Jabari I don’t think hit a three
Oh for three for Jabari one for five for Chris Murray yeah so they combined one for eight after we talked about how important it is for them to get going um from outside shot shooting perspective um so yeah it’s just uh it’s CRA and I think ant at one point was
Like one for six from three as well and started hitting them in the second half um so yeah just crazy uh I mean with the amount of attention going against Jaden McDaniels for Anthony Simons and uh the amount of inexperienced guys I I mean I’m trying to think did he have a
Single player playing tonight that’s been in the league more than three years Moses Brown is the only one Moses Brown yeah Moses Brown uh sorry I’m mistaken I forgot about Moses how could I do that he still plays like he’s a rookie though man so yeah basically he
He had about as about as an inex experienced group as uh you can get uh and so I thought he handled it very well I was talking earlier on the on the show about um how anony needs to find a way to still have good games despite being in seemingly impossible positions like
This and I thought he handled it about as well as he could and infy with the dunk dude like the left-handed dunk on go like where did that come from man like come on I want to see more of that ay like keep taking the ball strong to
If you’re not going to get a single foul called on you and they’re like holding him and pushing him and stuff all the time like just freaking take it right out of and be aggressive like that I love that play that’s literally what I talked about in that stream earlier
Today that stream earlier today was was really interesting because there’s a lot of things from it that we can talk about right we had a stream on our second Channel like we do do Mondays and Thursdays on Blazer surprise podcast make sure to subscribe to that second
Channel so you don’t miss these streams but going into this game I literally sat there earlier today and was like man honestly they should maybe just rest ant because I have no idea how he’s going to have a good game in the position he’s in because he’s starting next to Chris
Murray Jabari Walker and um Delano Banton right that’s the starting shooting guard small forward and power forward next to Anthony cbin Bon shooting 24% from three on the season Jabari Walker and Chris Murray are shooting 27% from three on the season literally the only other three-point
Shooter in the lineup was the center who was phenomenal tonight by the way with du re but it’s like you’re you’re you have no floor spacing and you’re going against a huge lineup you got Jane McDaniels on you on the perimeter and then you got to drive at goar and then
Cat obviously has a lot of size of the power forward position like I just didn’t expect anony Simons to have a good game I expected him to have a game that you look back at statistically and it did not look impressive at all and I was ready tonight to sit here and defend
Anthony Simons from the heat that I thought he was going to get based on the game that I kind of expected him to have and then he comes out and puts 34 points on the board with 14 assists shoots 50% from the field he’s five for 13 from the
Three-point Arc but he actually finishes for once against a big lineup he’s eight 8 for 13 inside the ark including that dun on go bear he had multiple plays where he took the ball strong to the rim and at the end of the stream we went through goals for each player for the
Rest of the year and I said for Aunt my biggest goal for him is to take better angles on his drives drives drive more downhill drive at The Rim because during the course of his career especially early on in his career but even at some points recently he’s taking angles away
From the rim and trying to finish when he’s basically going away from the rim a lot of it like extended finger rolls but like his momentum’s going uh towards the base line or towards the corner even and I said that’s the biggest thing for him is to attack downhill go right at The
Rim because he struggled to finish the ball this year so seeing that today especially with Rudy goar sitting in the paint sitting under the rim waiting for him um exactly what I wanted to see from him and then the 14 assists with the guys he has around him insanely
Impressive you can make the case that this is Anthony Simon’s best game of the season given the players he had on the floor with him given the G game that he orchestrated from the point guard position and given the defense he was going up against against yeah I’d agree with that
Um I I don’t think there’s much argument to that I think it was his best game um he’s he’s been showing flashes of playmaking uh but tonight I thought it was he just did a wonderful job of knowing when to get rid of the ball and
When to shoot it and uh I didn’t think he took a lot of bad shots you took a couple bad shots but I mean you pretty much have to when you’re that good of a score sometimes as we’ve talked about all season long u but I mean I I felt
Like his decision making was really good in this game yeah I mean that’s all you can ask for um and I said on a previous stream that you know I I would understand if he doesn’t trust his teammates to the point where maybe he drives and goes up
Against two Defenders at the rim and forces a shot that you can look at and say oh he should have kicked the ball out to the corner but didn’t because he has a 27% three-point shooter the corner right like I understand if he’s aggressive looking for his own shot cuz
He’s trying to win basketball games he’s still out there competing and he doesn’t trust the shooting he has around him when he has three 27% or Worse three point shooters on the floor around him at Perimeter spots not even at the center spot but I said couple streams ago I still
Want him to just focus on making the right play making the right read making the right kickout pass even if it’s to somebody that doesn’t shoot the three ball too well he’s somebody that still has some growth to do in I think is still growing in this Regard in terms of
Making the right read consistently he’s gotten much better at it throughout the course of his career but he’s still improving and he still has some work left to do and today I thought he did a really good job of balancing the aggressiveness of being a scorer with
Making the right read making the right pass setting up teammates and that is why I’m not ready to just give up on Anthony Simons that’s why I don’t understand all the Anthony Sim hate because yes he’s been in the league since the 2018 draft but he’s still only
24 years old and he’s gotten better every year I’m going to assume he’s going to keep getting better until he’s you know 26 27 or until he stops getting better right there’s a difference between him being 24 and having improved every season and DeAndre Aon being 24
And being kind of the same player he was three years ago right and obviously works on his game or else he wouldn’t improve as much as he’s improved over the the past two to three seasons that’s going to come with some Growing Pains we’ve seen it especially in a tough
Situation but performances like this tonight he’s the only cap he’s the he was the only player capable of coming close to this type of performance tonight in terms of being able to score the ball put 34 points on the board efficiently as well as orchestrate the
Offense and that’s why I get sick and tired of the people that basically just downright hate on him yeah right and it’s not just and it’s like I feel like people just I mean a lot of them a lot of the people who don’t like ant also want to
Keep like some of the veterans stuff like I don’t know to me this kind of game makes it in my mind you can feel differently chat but in my mind I feel like players like ay and everyone that played tonight like learns and grows from games like
This and this is exactly why I’ve wanted them to play more like these type of players in this type of way this season instead of Jeremy Grant taking 22 shots in and Malcolm brogon taking 18 shots you know and um so I feel like this is a
Game where you can look back and say oh look look at this game this is where ran repair showed that he’s he could maybe be in the rotation already as a player look like Chris Murray is actually starting to look like a a competent rotation player at times um dap Rath
Looks like a steel now for two million bucks next year um which is separate from our contract salary situation um but like all these things um make me wonder why we we still still have the issues we’re going to have this summer and that’s why it always comes
Off negative when we have like trade deadlines and and free agency and things like that where we don’t get stuff done because we can already see how this is setting up to kind of thwart this kind of development possibly this summer unless Joe pulls something out of his
Butt um but um yeah like to me I felt like this whole season could have been like this and I feel so much better about it than I have uh up until this point yeah absolutely and here’s the thing man like I’ve criticized Chanty for playing Justus a mani over Ryan
Ruper yeah because it made no sense R I’ve been saying this without even like any NBA tape to go off of I’ve been saying it all year ruper is better than Justin manah ruper has done more in a single game where he plays 20 minutes offensively than Justin manah has done
Offensively all year playing you know whatever he’s played like 200 minutes or whatever it is you know 100 to 200 minutes ruper is clearly better and he’s five years younger they had a lottery grade on them apparently according to them but they’re playing a 24-year-old two-way guy who’s I’m sorry no offense
To Justin manah not personal I don’t think he’s ever going to be a rotation player in the league he’s a scrappy guy that got into the NBA because he scraps so shout out to him but there’s a reason why he’s a 24-year-old two-way player and not on an actual contract ruper is
Simply better than him especially offensively and he’s 5 years younger so when you’re tanking the entire season you just play the freaking young guy who’s better it would make them more competitive in games if they gave Justin manias minutes earlier in the season to repair and it would be better for
Development it’ be better for both and I was super critical of chony for that right and in the interpretation is oh look at look at Tori he’s just being negative again but that criticism is because I am so high on Ryan ruper I am
So high on him like I I love his game bro he has things he obviously needs to work on he’s raw but this dude has come in and shot the three ball insanely well he’s 11 for 22 from the three-point line this season every time he plays extended
Minutes he’s making every three he hits one con he hits a couple contested off the dribble he wasn’t supposed to be able to shoot he was supposed to shoot like Chris Murray has shot this year Chris Murray was supposed to shoot kind of like Ryan ruper has shot this year
It’s very backwards it’s very it’s very interesting right but repair can play he still needs to get a little bit better with the ball in his hands a little bit better off the dribble um but he you know he has potential there he’s 19 right if he was 24 25 different
Conversation he’s running out of time why are you smiling so big my effing dog just whines like all freaking day long like she whines for a walk you take her for a walk she starts whining again like you let her outside you give her a treat she just freaking
Whine whine whin oh it’s so annoying yeah I heard her I heard her loud through the through the headphones I figured that’s what it was to grabb the spray bottle or something but anyway speaking of dogs repair man he’s the fact that he’s shooting the ball this well is extremely
Encouraging because it was supposed to be one of the biggest struggles for him coming into the league he has a lot of potential defensively he’s a little jittery defensively right now like he that in- and- out by K Anderson wasn’t that great of an In-N-Out and he just
Kind of overreacted to it he overreacts to pump fakes he’s just jittery but you can tell like he wants to defend like there’s a difference between guys who bad Defenders and don’t seem like locked in he seems like he’s almost trying too hard to play good defense which you can
Work with that you can work with that he’s a little jittery on that end but that’s exactly why he needs NBA reps to get used to playing against NBA caliber players to get that out of his system he needs NBA reps and NBA minutes to work through those defensive Jitters but he
Has like a 73 Wings span 6667 apparently grew an inch this past season moves well slides well wants to play defense has come in and is shooting the lights out from three and then for like that archetype of player has a little bit more potential as a ball handler than
You’d you normally see from a three and D guy who’s raw 19 years of age that’s a player that’s a player so a lot of my criticism regarding Ryan ruper not playing minutes has been because I truly believe in ruper as a prospect and I truly believe the Blazers made a good
Pick at 43 I believe Joe croninmike schmidtz actually made a good pick when they took Ryan ruper and I want them to freaking develop him because he can freaking play that’s a that’s a criticism but it’s also because I love repair bro and this has been uh I know it’s your
Point too and I’m going to speak for you because I’m pretty confident that you would say the same thing it didn’t freaking matter if he didn’t know how to play or do those things earli in the season that’s the whole point of playing him so that now
By now he’s like locked in he doesn’t have those like he’s got 20 games or so of defensive breakdowns and things like that that he learns how to be better and how good do you think this guy would be right now if he had some experience this
Year so far like what are we doing with this guy it it doesn’t it it doesn’t make any sense to me like this is exactly what the whole point of a bad team should be is getting these guys minutes and maybe uh you know by now you’re getting
Better and of course I hate this argument no no no no I’ll do this I hate this argument because I’ve seen multiple people make this argument Randy pal in chat what’s up Randy good to see you says maybe he learned some of of the things getting minutes in the G League
He’s played six g- League games he’s actually played in more NBA games than G League games he’s sat on the bench for like 50 NBA games you’re telling me that this dude is playing is a good NBA player and he showed it earlier in the season to he had a really impressive
Fourth quarter performance where he hit like three threes earlier in the season so it’s not just like oh all of a sudden oh he looks like he can finally play at the NBA level every time he’s gotten a chance and seen the floor in an NBA game
He’s looked solid enough to play on a tanking team as a 19-year-old at the very very least so I I don’t understand giving credit like oh well they developed him in the G League they gave him g- League minutes that’s why you know because he looks out all year and
He’s barely actually even played in the g- league he’s played in six games he’s he’s played 21 games in the G League why are gague stats so messed up because I looked this up I looked this up Ryan ruper yeah g League stats the g-league splits their regular season and
Their first like 15 games of the Season up like I don’t know why but it’s like two different seasons like a minor league baseball thing so okay apologies I I’ll show you I’ll even I’ll even show you because it’s it’s annoying um but earlier Randy poell said that manah is
Playing over repair because he can dribble better no way what does what does manah do from a ball handling standpoint what does manah do from a ball handling standpoint I don’t understand he dribbles better than ruper really but what does manah do that’s the whole point once again who cares we’re
Like 17 and 40 or whatever we are you know like we’re we’re supposed to be developing his dribbling that’s that’s the point like who cares if Mani is a better dribbler even if I mean that’s arguable even even so uh but like we want ruper to get better at dribbling
Right we want him to get into a game and learn how to dribble against NBA players uh so H it just manah you think Mania is going to be on the team next year like maybe he’s still on a gie team maybe he’s on a
Two-way I don’t know but like I I I just I have no I don’t I I don’t think manah is like an NBA player moving forward past this season um whereas repair has uh I mean he’s got a pretty high ceiling if he figures it all out so why
Not give him as much of a chance as possible to figure that out yeah yeah 100% so yeah I looked up Ryan repair g- League stats way here uh it was already we season six games showcase cup 15 games I don’t understand the g-league maybe if we had a g-league team
For like the last 10 years I’d understand what the hell the Showcase cup regular season stuff is but um in the Showcase cup Eric 44% from three 44% from three during the regular season six games 24% but small sample size whatever I wish we could combine
Him but he’s like a 40% shooter in the G League he’s for 22 to start this year yeah 38 40% whatever somewhere around there 50% in the NBA 11 for 22 small sample the dude can play though the do can play and I just I I get baffled as
To why people think players need to be coddled for like two-thirds of their rookie season and then all of a sudden they can just finally play then like this dude when he played earlier in the season had some impressive moments he still raw still have some things to work
Through but bro he can play well enough to develop at the NBA level playing NBA minutes and I don’t how many times did manah was manah our ball handler handle the ball like I don’t understand that argument at all like my thing is if he’s down the g-
League he’s down in the G League okay cool my problem has been all season long they’ve had repair suited up for NBA games and then submania in over them it’s not for a crazy amount of minutes but they should pour every resource into developing repair they should give him every opportunity possible because
Here’s the thing I think if he got more opportunity ear in the season he could have proved that he deserves rotation minutes mhm on a tanking team that he deserves more of a chance cuz every time you seen the floor he’s been solid I just I do not I do not get the
Ryan repair thing that dude can play that dude is good for a raw 19-year-old defensive-minded Prospect those guys normally don’t shoot nearly 40% from three in the G league and then start their career 11 for 22 from three in the the NBA and the thing is again we weren’t trying
Even okay like maybe at the beginning of the season but manah wasn’t playing at the beginning of the season because we were relatively healthy so it that was kind of a moot point but I mean once it became obvious we were what like three and N at one point
Um like it became obvious this season was not happening for us the way they wanted to so I just I don’t understand saying some like Fringe NBA G League guy should get minutes over someone because of his ball handling on a team that isn’t winning games like like that’s you’re
You’re talking like it’s a it’s a we were in the middle of a playoff race and we had to win a couple games in there because we had to keep Pace with the Sun runs for six seed or something like that like like that’s that’s not what this
Season is and that’s not what the last couple seasons have been um so like it it just those kind of arguments just seem really irrational to me uh in in a terrible season like the Blazers have right now yeah repair repair can play man I feel like I feel like a lot of
People are too low on him if they think that he had to sit in the G League to be capable of existing on an NBA floor okay you can struggle on an NBA core and get better because of those struggles you can learn from failure I don’t understand the thought process that oh
Well you know he’s going to struggle if he’s out there so that’s why they’re not playing him most young players you go out there and you play them through their struggles and they’ll learn now you don’t want them to lose their confidence right you don’t want them to struggle so
Bad they lose their confidence and it becomes a bigger problem where becomes a mental issue but ruper every time he’s seen the floor looks confident he shoots the ball confidently shooting wasn’t his strength coming into the league he like barely plays but every time he sees the floor
He’s hitting threes on the NBA level so my thing is like I don’t think you needed to cuddle his confidence by limiting NBA reps okay and this is more than just a manah or repair debate I thought repair should have been playing earlier in the season because
You’re talking about a team that’s 17 and 43 now should have been given these guys as many as many opportunities now hopefully we get to continue to see rupair play but without all the injuries today he probably wouldn’t have played today they absolutely have to give him NBA reps as soon as
Possible it’ll be good for his development and Randy no one is saying he couldn’t have played that same amount of G League games uh Chris Murray went down and played g-league games and then then like so we have a game on like a Friday and he would play in the the game
Or be on the bench for the Blazer game they’d send him down to the g- league he’d play in the G leag game Saturday night and then Sunday he was back on the Blazers on the bench on the Blazer game sometimes playing or whatever like no one is saying he shouldn’t have played
In the g-league at all yeah and that’s that’s the beauty of having a g-league team in the same city at the same training facility um you the Blazers have two guys Chris and and Ryan who aren’t two- ways two ways are a little different because if you have them up on
The team you know you you’re limited to how many games they could be active and all that kind of stuff and there’s some transactional things you have to monitor throughout the season that’s one of the reasons why they had to sign reath to an actual contract because he was going to
Run out of games he would be able to play on the on the regular team and he’d have to go back and play in the G League the rest of the season um but that’s not the case with ruper and Chris Murray we can send them back and forth as many
Times as we want so why not get let them play like five games a week and just keep letting them play every time they don’t have a game on the same night just give them as many minutes and Reps as possible using both to your advantage we’re not saying cut off the g-league
Completely I think the g-league was good for him early in the season but dur the for the most part when he was playing in the G League we didn’t really need him to be get minutes because we had roster with healthy healthier guys and he wasn’t going to play over like Jeremy
Grant and the way tamman was playing and Jabari and stuff like that so he wasn’t really going to get many minutes if he was on the team so I understand using that as a tool earlier in the season but once we started sucking and it was obvious we’re like the worst or second
Worst team in the west like that’s when you need to start prioritizing developing with the actual roster and giving him minutes and I don’t care if it’s one minute or a 100 minutes if you’re giving a a g-league player minutes over Ryan ruper right now it’s just you’re wasting minutes this season
You’re literally just wasting them and I don’t think that’s a good strategy for the Blazers they I feel like they just are were too caught up with the whole oh we don’t want to admit it’s a rebuild you know cronin’s very careful at the trade deadline even just that was just a
Few weeks ago he was still very careful not to use the rebuild word yeah um and it’s like just just freaking use it like like just just do it like we’re in a rebuild like it’s okay it’s okay like we’ll be fine if you use that word like
No one’s going to just be like oh my God he said rebuild wor now I’m not watching anymore right I was watching even though we were 17 and and 43 but now that he said rebuild I’m I’m not going it’s a scary word man it’s a scary word like
Sor you’re you’re a mar fan like um how many times like you have a guy like Jared kelenic I know he’s not on the MERS anymore but like you know you’d send him down and he’d rake in the in the miners right like Triple A he’s like
Looks like the best player ever and then you bring him up and he can’t hit and then he kicks the water bottle or whatever and or hits it or what whatever he did yeah but but you know like some people need that like they need to get
Their confidence in the in the minor leagues that’s okay but it’s also good to try and get them as many reps as possible to see if you have a player in in the in the majors too you know yeah bro oh my goodness um this comment there needs to be
Structure on the court for people to gain good experience you put five rookies on there and they won’t learn crap bro they were playing Chris Murray duop wath Ryan ruper a bunch of minutes today they had like no experience today and they looked about as structured as they have looked with their veterans
Playing with their veterans playing they actually seem to have less structure because they just ISO Jeremy Grant and spam Malcolm brog and pick and rolls like you’re playing with a second-year Javari Walker starting two rookies in Chris Murray and dap starting okay you also got Delano Bon there but then
You’re playing a seconde g- leager Justin manah you’re playing Moses freaking Brown he’s not providing any structure you’re playing a rookie in Ashton haens and a rookie in Ryan ruper there’s about as much inexperience as you could find and I think this was absolutely a good developmental opportunity for rupair
Because regardless of structure there’s two things primarily that I think repair needs to see he needs experience defending on the perimeter against NBA level creators he’s a little jittery right now he overreacts to to dribble moves right like he needs to get reps in order to calm down a little bit
Defensively cuz he has really good defensive tools and could be a really good defender on that side of the floor he just needs reps to get there and then also he has struggled finishing a little bit when he’s played at the NBA level but a lot of those are like his shots
Getting blocked it happened in preseason it’s happened in the NBA he needs to gain experience playing against NBA level Rim protectors right well his first his first basket tonight it was a really nice drive and he kind of had this hesitation move at the end and got some
Space yeah and laid it in like he wouldn’t have done that earlier in the season you know no like I do think the g- league has definitely helped develop him but I do think that he should have gotten more NBA reps earlier in the season and I hope I
Hope that they give him reps to finish this season I hope that it’s not something where like oh Malcolm bren’s healthy next game or something or oh somebody else’s healthy next game and he’s right back to sitting on the bench not even playing in the G League but not
Playing NBA minutes and not getting the experience that he needs for the two areas that I was just talking about at the NBA level so I love repair I think he can play I think getting him as much NBA experience as soon as possible is the best thing possible for his
Development because I think he has the tools to be a really intriguing two-way player like I am as high on his long-term upside and Prospects with this team as any other rookie on this team not named scoot I am as high as on his long-term prospects as a Blazer as I am with
Tamani Kamar as I am with Jabari Walker more so than I am with Jabari Walker and more so than I am with Chris Murray well I mean that’s I think that goes that’s pretty I don’t think that’s a hot takee is what I’m trying to say I
Think some people would think that’s a hot take in terms of ceiling I mean Chris Chris was more orar not just ceiling but like in terms of like my expectations for them to be a core part of this team you know three to four years down the line yeah so you’re including seconde
Players uh I I’m including Jabari I’m including Chris I’m including tamani I’m including D Bree I’m including did I say Chris Murray I’m including all those guys tamani yeah all those guys I think tamman is the only one that I maybe I’m a little bit more confident in his prospects three to four
Years down the line as a Portland Trail Placer but he’s been starting games as a rookie and he’s 23 I think tomone just got a higher floor obviously um but yeah I think repair has the skills to be better than all those guys for sure yeah but like
Those are the two guys I was hyping them both up before the season right yeah debras is repair behind schedule and development no I don’t think he’s behind schedule at all like I mean it’s still he’s still a project he’s still super young and raw uh so yeah I don’t I don’t
Think there’s any kind of schedule right now I don’t I mean I wouldn’t be surprised if he contributes as early as later this season and into next year and I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s still struggling a year or two from now um trying to learn the game like I I don’t
Think it’s a bad thing either way necessarily yeah yeah I yeah I’ve been high on repair all season and I’ve talked about why I’m high on him the three-point shooting is just still I did not expect his shot to look this good his form looks good well
He’s making it’s not just like catch and shoot ones too like he had one like on go bear too you know like he he has like some feel to the game that’s intriguing to me like he just looks there’s times where maybe he’ll lose his dribble but he looks comfortable
Dribbling it’s different than some other guys that are a little bit robotic dribbling right and I talked about long term the Blazers need Dynamic forwards right especially the ones that can play defense and do something offensive but like when I watch Chris Murray dribble when I watch Jabari Walker dribble I
Don’t have confidence that they’re ever going to be like Smooth shot creators like going to be able to to create off the dribble by using their handle and like moving with the ball okay tamman I don’t have faith in that either but he’s so good defensively that that doesn’t
Really matter to me like he’s going to be a three IND guy that can hopefully cut and maybe straight line drive when he gets ran off the line assuming he gets ran off the line because he’s shooting well enough ruper looks like he looks much more comfortable dribbling the basketball
Than Jabari Walker or Chris Murray MH but I I could dribble better don’t worry like here’s the thing he’s still like he’s still losing the ball but it’s just it’s you can tell you can see the feel chat do you guys see do you guys see what I’m talking
About Matt Cardell says really repair looks really awkward to me Matt Cardell is our uh our rupair hater I guess I mean he I don’t think he look awward I don’t think he looks as awkward as Jabari or Chris Murray when they handle the ball I think he’s it’s more just like
He’s unsure of himself like he’s he hasn’t played much so he’s trying not to mess up it’s the same thing that you can see Chris literally get more confident each game uh putting the ball on the court and and doing some more things um Chris is all line drives yeah but I’m
Just saying like when he first started getting minutes in the rotation he was like kind of uneasy to do some things or like he would do them but then he would kind of like uh probably shouldn’t shoot this and then turns the ball or whatever
Uh but yeah I think I don’t know I I think it’s it’s going to be a while before he’s completely confident but once again that’s the whole point of giving someone developmental minutes is they’re going to have growing pain it’s not they don’t they’re not going to look
Like a polished product right away um so like that’s that’s exactly what Tor and I are trying to say if if you don’t think he looks smooth out there we can disagree on that or not I I think he looks pretty good considering he’s you know a mid second round pick um that’s
Supposed to be in the league because of his defense and years away from being an offensive player um so I think he looks fine but once again I want him to look better than fine so I think minutes are the way to do that and I mean you can
Disagree that that’s a way to do that but um like Dr as to what baton stats were in year one uh that’s a guy who he looked he did not look like an NBA player in summer league he looked absolutely terrible and then the Blazer sign him like they thought people
Thought maybe they just keep him um over in France or whatever for a year or two and let him develop and they end up signing him to the roster and everyone’s like why would they sign him he’s like terrible like what are we doing and uh Batum still looks awkward what are
You talking about Matt huh what I don’t go on just go on with your I anyway butum comes in and uh let me let me just make sure I get this right um but like he ends up playing a huge role looks really good his first season and
Just hits the ground running and it’s because he actually actually gets minutes and develops on the court um but yeah he wasn’t a playmaker until like year four when STS came along yeah STS unlocked his playmaking a little bit he went from averaging like one and a half
Assist per game to to almost five yeah well he’s so first year he start 76 games for Play 79 like and this is a guy who looked like he couldn’t even do anything in s and I mean I just rupe’s first three in this game Eric he catches
The ball against Carl Anthony towns a player who’s like five six inches taller than him he catches the ball on the perimeter On The Run Okay takes dribble right hits a snatchback move between the legs right to left takes another dribble turns it into a hang dribble reads the defender and
Pulls up off the Hang dribble and we’re sitting here saying he can’t handle the ball better than manah when has manah ever done anything like that in his life man what like it’s just it’s just baffling to me repair repair is not supposed to be doing that
As a rookie in your one he’s not supposed to be hitting Carl Anthony towns with a quick dribble right snatch it back between the legs to the left take another dribble hang dribble read the defender and then pull up from three in his face and cash it has matis dbo ever done
That seven footer remember those like five games a few weeks ago where he was our backup point guard yeah but you like man if if matis did something like that be like oh my goodness where the hell did that come from Ryan repair does it he’s 19 has barely gotten a chance it’s
Supposed to be a defensive prospect to people are saying he still looks awkward dribble the ball I don’t get it I don’t get it doesn’t make sense to me so you tap into that I mean he he could be the next Nick matum it certainly looks like him
Sometimes yeah I mean you know the comparison is easy because he’s French has a high number it’s not 8 but it’s 72 right um but like the defense the ball handling potential in the shot in the smoothness to his game yeah is Nick pumes now Nick patum worked his way into
A Max contract Will Repair ever get there I can’t completely rule it out you know I mean that that’d be a pretty freaking phenomenal development if he could work his way into getting paid the amount of money that Nick Batum got paid by Charlotte but man if he can become a
If he can become a fringe starting caliber player has great use of a second round pick he certainly has the potential to because what are we talking about in terms of like prospects this year in the draft Eric I’m looking at like small forward power forward types
Right that can defend that can knock down threes and can handle the ball and pass right I’m looking for guys that have potential in all four areas that is why I like repair so much is because he has that potential in all four areas and he’s showing some of it
Yeah and the one area that I thought was going to be the worst out of the four is looking the best cuz he’s it was his shot it was his jumper so yep keep developing this guy I mean what else are we doing the rest of the season MH
Absolutely I love it I I love repair man I’ll drop a video tomorrow on repair because I just yeah drop one on tomani I’mma drop one on I told I called myself before this season I’m the tumani truther I’m also the repair truther Eric’s there with me
Um I don’t know shout out Chris S M for 36 months what’s up Chris says we’ve needed rebounding perimeter defense and three-point shooting all season and we’ve been making this dude play in the G League WTF thank you Chris for the 36 month um message I agree with Eric in
Terms of play him in the G League then if you’re going to have him up for an NBA game be willing to play him as well especially when you’re short-handed playing over just a manah you know you don’t want to play him 40 minutes a game
Five games a week right you don’t want to run him into the ground but they were never going to play him 40 game 40 minutes a game we were just asking for them to play him 15 minutes in a game let alone you know something that
Drastic so uh yeah you know I I I get this is why we wanted a g-league team is to develop guys like this down the g-league I think the his g-league minutes have been good for him it’s not that he shouldn’t be playing any g-league but he’s been up for a bunch of
NBA games where he hasn’t sniffed the floor that just manah has been subbed in in front of him or matis thall is out here shooting brick after brick and going over for four from three and can’t do anything offensively and still plays 23 minutes yeah before the season I said I
Would have rupar in th’s rotation role if I had that way we would have never matched thy and we would have rupar in his rotation role is he going to be as good as th probably not but it’d be good for development I didn’t want to match mtis
Th’s contract $1 million a year for a guy that’s shooting like 34% from three right now and just gambles defensively and that’s like his only value is not too pretty and now we’re projected to go in the luxury tax so as a rebuilding team so just kind of hope we
Can use that contract as a positive andic you you know what I’ve also discovered Eric goats goats are are born at the end I’ll just say goats are born in the month of May okay I was born in the month of May May 30th 1996 talks about himself get ready
RIT Shaden sharp was born in the month of May same exact birthday seven years later May 30th 2003 guess who was born on May 31st of 20 0 4 Ryan ruper and guess who was also born in May a little bit earlier but tman Kamar May 8th 2000 goats were born
In the month of May bro I need to I need to look up the birthdays of every draft prospect and we need to draft players that were born in May that’s all I know what day was July well the next generation of goats the next generation
Of fake media Tommy says he was born in in May to okay there’s some outliers no I’m just kidding I’m just kidding I’m just kidding I’m sure yeah yeah anyway is there anybody else on the team board in May I don’t know basically I just fan
Players no D’s D just had his birthday I was thinking it was me I was goingon to say please no anyway hey hey hey says F May okay something must have happened in May oh man why don’t you like May bro everybody who was born in May
Watching the stream is loving it right now and everybody who wasn’t born in May is hating me right now I understand it’s okay not all of us can be bored in May shout out to Taylor Packer M for a month says at this point I’d prefer
Rupar to start over Chris at least he can hit threes yeah I mean I would say give a more four spacing but ant did just find with it tonight you know but having another guy that can hit threes is is nice um here’s the thing it’s only 22 threes
11 for 22 Okay small sample size he’s not going to shoot 50% from three over his career if he did then we might have literally the next goat but you know if it’s 36 37% that’s still really good given the expectations coming into the season and that’s 13 14
Percentage points below what he’s shooting so far if he was shooting terribly from three in the G League I would have less hope but he shot as you said total 38% from three and his form looks good it’s repeatable he has good shooting form so I am buying all the stock in a
Shot thank you Taylor Packer for being a channel member Chris asked do you see him as a small forward I think that’s his ideal position yes even if he grows it’s still I think his game fits small for okay can we just like pray that he grows another like three inches could you
Imagine I then we’re talking about the next Giannis yeah I’m you know having fun you know I don’t think he’s going to grow three inches before somebody goes on Twitter and say you set your fan base up to expect repair to grow three inches if you don’t know what I’m
Talking about chat I had a video last offseason that was like the best case offseason for the Portland Trailblazers that was like out there but it was the best case scenario and I’ve had people come back at me and say that’s what you expected that’s why
You’re so mad about last off season you just bring up your fan base’s hope right you just raise expectations so they can’t meet them and it’s like wait so I’m too positive I can’t keep track Eric K says Tory this dude is a bum he should be cut immediately wait he was
Born in May I’ll take his entire stock I’m not going to lie I am looking up birthdays right now wow Matt wow okay that’s kind of funny actually I respect it Taylor says you and your unrealistic expectations such as playing a rook playing rookies during a rebuild shaking
My head crazy man I’m crazy I’m crazy I’m just embracing it at this point you know what when’s mana’s birthday I want to see something if I had to guess it’s in January it’s in March he’s about to have birthday Yeah March is a good month too Tori the only reason people disagree
With you is because they’re trying to flirt with you it’s obvious every time well thank you I’m going to start looking at everyone who disagrees with me a little bit differently now where’s GRE Hughes at not here dang you know what’s funny Tori like’s you have this stay on line with someone
About being negative and all this crap like we’re fine with losing we’re fine like we don’t care like we want we want to like we’re happy seeing Rupa blossom like like tonight like that was awesome I’m very happy with this game I called it the perfect tank game for a reason
Yeah like it doesn’t it’s kind of sad that this is what makes us happy right now but like I’d rather be happy like we’re rooting for Dam on andwae bucks uh like only this they were the Blazers and we’re like talking about how we’re kicking it into gear and Dame without Giannis beats
The Clippers tonight uh but like it’s just it’s weird it’s like it’s not it we’re negative because like we don’t we’re do we do such stupid things as an organization yeah and and so it’s nice when we actually have stuff positive to talk about um despite the
Loss uh like getting to see repair play wreath has an awesome game um Chris had a pretty good game and uh like that’s fun to talk about we want to talk about those things we don’t want to be sitting here talking about how Joe Cronin has Us
In the tax next year and we’re going to have to like cut delto Banton because U like we don’t have R like salary for him to stay on the roster you know like yeah I don’t cap dump somebody we valued as an asset in the past couple of years MH
So yeah that’s the thing you know I mean if we cap dump thy bow I I could see us like attach ing a second to th to get rid of his salary for nothing just to get under the tax this this off seon and I don’t think that’s out of the
Realm of possibility because they’re projected to be in the tags if their pick moves up into the top four if it moves up to number one number two that salary is going to be even higher they’re going to be even further into the tax so how are they going to duck it
Because they’re not going to pay it we know that based on past precedent so how are they going to work around that it creates some problems and that’s part of the reason why I said I didn’t want to match matis thall I never want to trade
For him in the first place but when he got offered that contract for the Dallas Mavericks last offseason I said I don’t want to match it and people said oh we’re you know it’s not like we’re going to be able to sign anyone anyway because you know we’re Dame wants out and we’re
Rebuilding now okay well it’s not just about signing people it’s about this team is projected to go into the tax now all the money adds up at the end of the day that $ million adds up so you want to try and maintain flexibility within your books maintain main cap space even
If you’re not a free agent player so that you don’t have to deal with ducking the tax so you can absorb salary and take on assets and accumulate assets which is the recipe for a good rebuild and instead of having matis thy playing 23 minutes game you could play Ryan
Repair more and give him more NBA reps and develop him because one day he’s going to be better than matis thyo has ever been in his career and one day we’re going to be trying to win and he could be a part of that like that’s all
All forward logic like is is kind of crazy to me that people you know don’t understand the logic behind that but that’s why I didn’t want to match matis liable and people just like oh why wouldn’t you want to match a guy who is who’s a such a great defender and you
Know we fixed his shot um look how he shot in like 20 games for us last year why wouldn’t you want to keep a player like that cuz he can fix our defense I mean I I don’t Kyle Wilson points out that Carmelo Anthony the goat
Was born in May so hey Carmelo Anthony was a is a Hall of Famer okay so goats and Hall ofers um Randy pal says didn’t you say like two weeks ago we need to attach the Golden State pick to dump te is the price going down now who the hell said
We needed to do that we said we better not do something like that that’s exactly what we were talking about yeah Eric said I wouldn’t I think you said something like I wouldn’t be shocked if they attached the Golden State pick to thel to dump and I was like there’s no
Way they do that because that’d be so bad for Optics and I don’t think they’ll have to and I don’t think they’re willing to do that like they would just rather wave and stretch thel and stretch out his cap hit to save money then attach the pick to that right but yeah
We NE never once did we ever say we should attach a late lottery pick to shed $1 million of matis Lael we no no nowhere close man nowhere close I’m not worried about that I don’t think they’ll do it but like even if they attach a second to
Him I don’t know I don’t know like he could be on the team next year I don’t know what they’re going to do to duck the tax that’s what is some it’s something that’s fascinating about this offseason Eric is how do they duck the
Tax or do they go into next season in a rebuild in the tax yeah either way there’s going to be a resolution one way or another and it’s going to be fascinating to see what that is cuz I don’t know but I don’t think thall has has
Trade value I disagree with Matt in chat I don’t think he has trade value he barely had value making $4 million a year like on on one year left on his deal when he was in Philadelphia where he looked like a better Defender than he’s looked like in Portland and his
Shooting in Portland has regressed back to what it was in Philadelphia so how would he have more value now that he’s making $1 million over the next three years if anything he’s going to have less value and he barely had any value to begin with when we traded for him
They still could get lucky with a team um like for example Philly could have cap space not for thel necessarily but um Orlando I think going to have some cap space there might be some teams that can now that the trade rules are a little different you know sends us a $6
Million contract for uh $10 million one and we and then we trade that one for Less to another team or something like I I think there could be some creative ways to do it unfortunately Cronin hasn’t shown a lot of creativity so it’s going to be really
Hard that’s why I said he’s going to have to pull something out of nowhere because um it it’s going to be really hard to uh make it all work yeah I mean it could be outright cap dumping Robert Williams I third like Thomas sansy said Robert Williams
Third to Memphis canardo Detroit and we get a second but apparently Houston was trying to trade multiple seconds for Robert Williams the third in expiring ol Depot contract so why didn’t we just take that trade then so if we do something like that we’re getting back
Less value for the same move than if we did it at this past Year’s trade deadline MH which it that that’s just ridiculously bad so based on them passing up on being able to ship out Robert Willams the third for a couple of seconds I’m not saying they should should have done it
But they did pass on it because of that it is a bad move to take back less than that to dump him this off season maybe we don’t want two more seconds in this draft that’s why we didn’t do the Rockets trade bro because you can’t trade a second round picks for
A future second or a cash or something well also what second round picks did they give up for Stephen Adams like Randy pal you try way too hard to be Devil’s Advocate in ways that don’t make sense I will look up the Steven Adams Rockets trade and let you know what
Second round picks the Rockets gave up for him I think it was two in this draft possibly but cuz it was three total two 20 24 second round picks one 2025 second round pick you could have negotiated another future second you also could have traded future second you could you can trade a
Second for a future second at draft time we did it with the 46th pick we drafted ishmail kamagate for Denver and traded that second round pick for a future second round pick so you can also draft International Players you can also if you want to be
Really cheap you can trade the pics for cash also you can combine picks to trade up I am so tired of people acting like oh yeah if you trade for a pick in this year’s draft acting like it’s completely set in stone because it’s not even close to how that works
So if you trade Robert Williams for a couple of seconds this offseason it’s like one or two seconds it’s a failure you could have gotten back more seconds and if you don’t get any seconds for him and Sal straight salary dump him or have to attach one of our seconds for
Him I’d rather have six six picks in this draft than have to give up a pick to to salary yeah like I’ll take the I’ll take the extra seconds in this year’s draft plus the 2025 second compared to getting one 2025 second this off season it’s basically just a couple
Extra like what are we talking about so you’re trying to say that if we just outright dump Robert Williams II third for a second round pick this off season it’s it’s not bad when we could have gotten three seconds at the deadline really come on bro you suck at listening you just just
You just don’t you don’t listen is that’s why you thought that we said that we should attach the Golden State pick to matis thible that’s why you thought that cuz you don’t listen I can’t force you to listen but I don’t know why you’re listening to the show if you’re not gonna
Listen okay I’ll just this is the last time I’m going to address this if we had six draft picks in this upcoming draft we would not keep all six draft picks that’s crazy yeah like we would not do that so there you go teams trade second round picks on draft night
For future second round picks all the time like what why are we why are we ignoring that anyway like and there’s three second two-way contracts that a lot of second rounders are on two-way contracts so but I mean like dude they could they could literally have been offered two 2024
Seconds in a 2025 second for Robert Williams with an expiring contract at the deadline people could know that and then if they just traded Robert Williams for literally nothing this off season people would say well they didn’t want more 2024 second round picks so that’s why they waited to trade him for nothing
Now like there’s three twoway there’s listen there’s three two-way spots now you can sign second round picks to two-way spots okay you can replace Justin manah with a second round pick there’s so many different things you guys can do I just I I’m baffled as to people not being
Able to think of follow-up moves to things as if if you trade Robert Williams I third at the deadline for 2024 second round picks you’re drafting with six picks this off season and the whole point is then right now we’d be talking about how we’re projected just
Under the tax instead of still having to find a way to duck almost 7 million in tax depending on where pet ends up yeah like I I think we have Robert Williams the third on the roster next year okay I don’t know what happens with M liel but
That’s why this is so fascinating because they’re projected going to the tax we all know they’re not paying the tax we all know that how are they going to duck it that is the question okay and if they end up going into the tax to start next season then I’m just absolutely
Shocked so this is you know like this organization in the middle of a rebuild they’s still fun interesting story lines in the offse to keep track of this is one of the interesting story lines just I don’t know what the result is going to be yeah every year there’s a couple story lines
That I always go into the offseason saying it’s going to be fascinating to see what the resolution to this is and that’s one of the things Randy pal says you don’t think they weigh those options I don’t think they want to trade Robert Williams the third for seconds I think they keep Robert
Williams I think that’s why I I think that’s why they turn down the trade because I don’t think they want to trade Robert Williams I third for seconds I think they want to go into next year with Robert Williams III and either rehab his value or maybe make him part
Of the rotation long term right I’m just saying it would make no sense to turn that down and then take less for him this offseason just because of the year the seconds would be in it doesn’t make sense because teams move seconds all the time and we have precedents for this
Though Robert cumington and Norm pal trades where they were like oh we had to tr it to get into the tax and that was all people like Randy Powell’s excuse for those trades they had negative value we had to take less back to because they leveraged us against the tax well what
Do you think’s going to happen this summer if that was the excuse back then isn’t that the exact same situation teams will know we have to duct that tax as a rebuilding team and we’re going to get low ball offers for them and then we’re going to get stuck in a situation
Where we have to possibly give one of these players away to get under the taex I just don’t think it’s going to be as easy as people think and then combine that with what every tax or cap expert is saying is that teams that have cap
Space are going to use those as a premium to get a lot of value out of players or teams that are in that second apron because there aren’t going to be many teams that are going to be willing to be in the second apron and therefore those teams that have that space
Available are going to set themselves up to acquire a lot of assets which means the price for dumping salary into those precious spots are is going to be a lot higher than it’s been in previous years and we’re going to have a tough time in my opinion short of like I said earlier
A team like Philly stri breaking out in free agency and then thinking that Jeremy Grant or um Malcolm Bren is a good way to use their salary cap and we just clear their salary for picks or something short of something like that there isn’t a lot of easy ways to just
Duck and and get rid of $7 million this summer yeah because you’re going to have to find teams with trade exceptions big enough to take them that those don’t exist like that of that size at least for or I’m thinking of brogen’s contract like 22 million not many exists that are big
Enough to take back th’s contract um so it’s either that or you’re trading them to a team with cap space which why would a team with cap space want you know Ma styal unless you’re giving up assets with them they’d probably rather just put that in play in free agency okay so
It’s it’s not it’s not easy okay and Ry says there’s a difference in ask a team to take on 5 years of Norm vers one year of Brogden absolutely absolutely but if you’re saying being in the tax made it harder for us to get the return that we should
Have that specific narrative isn’t taking into account how many years are left on the deal because the whole thing is the Blazers were out leverage because they were in the tax when they traded Norm so if the tax creates leverage against you that causes a worse deal then that also applies to Brogden
That also applies to any contact that we try and dump to get out from underneath the tax that’s the thing is the whole narrative isn’t about how many years are left on the deal the whole narrative is about tax creating leverage against us yep so if that’s true then
It’s if if Cronin went and did a bad trade for Brogden to duck the tax you would hear the same narratives that we were out leverag because of the tax and teams knew that we had deduct the tax you would hear the same narratives absolutely absolutely um it they wouldn’t just they wouldn’t
Just say hey you didn’t get back enough for him no and at one point is there like I’d be interested in people who have defended Cronin I like I’m not saying it’s wrong to defend him or whatever like you’re certainly welcome to your opinion but at what point
Is oh we came close but just couldn’t get anything done oh we just couldn’t get it done oh we’re going to we’re going to set ourselves up for the next trade opportunity and at what point do you stop believing that that’s the plan or that’s
What’s what a GM is capable of doing um or is he just bad at negotiating trait yeah absolutely um reply comment says man it’s almost like if they were concerned with ducking the tax right now they would have they would have made that trade at the deadline you’re acting
Like they haven’t priced it out so you think they’re not concerned about ducking the luxury tax this offseason my question is okay if they’re not concerned Why are they not concerned because it’s not easy to shed like $7 million of salary in the offseason because you don’t have
Expiring contracts you have to take salary back that’s not true whenever I post just simple the Blazers are projected as this exact amount into the tax if they get these picks I have a t bunch of people telling me how easy it is to duck that much money it’s just
Funny how it went from creating so much leverage against us for the Clipper trades to now it’s really easy to duck mhm I mean but the thing is it’s like okay show me a method it is easier under the new CBA if you’re dealing with teams that aren’t in the luxury tax because
You have the $7.5 million Gap as a certain bracket um compared to the $5 million gap in the previous CVA right so it is a little bit easier to make a trade where you shed salary while still receiving salary back but it’s still if you’re trying to get if you’re
Trying to get value for a player as well on top of that like you have to have the ma contracts match up perfectly in order to save that money you have to have the contracts that do match up perfectly be contracts that the other team wants to
Trade without valuing too much or if they value them and they’re still willing to give them up Portland has to Value them too because that has to be some of the value for the player that Portland’s trading whether it’s Brogden or whoever and then they have to be able to
Trade picks they have to like everything has to line up perfectly in order to do it in one trade and you’re still no full level exception if you move up into the top one or two picks like it’s going to be hard really really hard to duck it in only one trade
Unless you’re trading out like three players to three teams or it’s a big multi-te deal or whatever and it’s it’s still you still have no flexibility in terms of like trying to maybe work around the work around the roster and add talent to it or add young you know players that are
On a $5 million $6 million contract that maybe a team is willing to give up on them and Portland wants to take a chance on them and the team is looking to shed their salary because Portland can’t take that on if they’re just below the tax so
It creates a lot of problems this offseason a lot of problems that are not 100% foreseeable and that’s why we had a problem with the Blazers not just taking care of it now in the easiest way possible would have been trading Malcolm Brogden for a first round pick even if
It is this year because you can always trade it for a pick in future years and expiring contracts because then not only are you below the tax but you could shed the entirety of his $22 million deal and then you have flexibility and then you have an extra asset and then you don’t
Have to worry about being out leveraged or anything that’s why we wanted a trade at the trade deadline and we were very bummed out about there not being a trade at the trade deadline so everything goes hand inand it’s a complicated thing roster building and the new CBA and
Adding up all the salaries right like it’s it is complicated but they have put themselves in a position where they’re projected to be in the tax as a rebuilding team before doing anything and they’re going to have to figure out a way to deal with that because they’re not gonna pay
It all right I we got to get to a couple donations here but um I I just want Randy and Trevon if you’re still in here I want you to document this um all right so let’s just assume for the sake of this hypothetical that the best offer they got for Malcolm
Brockton was was two future seconds and an expiring contract okay would have duck the tax but it was only two seconds so you can argue it wasn’t good enough value whatever what would they have to what would they trade Malcolm for that would a make you happy would it be
A future first round pick or what or what kind of TR would they would you then be more like wow that’s all they got for him but why did they wait till the offseason to do this and make it much harder on themselves at what point will the return if they only get
Two seconds in the offseason and have trouble ducking the Tex and have to give away a player other than Brogden to do so um is that a case where then you’ll start to criticize them and stop this constant defending of them or like what at what point does that
Happen yeah good good question um shout out to a couple of donations love to see it Alvaro bazon with a $5 donation we got Alvaro in here love to see you Alvaro he says we are really playing Justin manah like we have no assets just play repair man he has that it Factor
Not sure how to describe it he just has it thank you for the donation Alvaro just play repair free repair T yeah yeah you love to see it he played more than Mania tonight thank God thank goodness I’m he see with no scoot no sharp like when he’s on the floor I’m more
Intrigued yeah it’s harder to turn away mhm it’s more fun and shout out to the horror director with a whopping 50 Dono 20th Super Chat in Channel History thank you horror director appreciate you that’s a a huge Dono a huge Dono we greatly appreciate it says
I think the scariest thing about being a small Market is we don’t get rebuilding years obviously us losing all this money is going to make a weak owner want to sell what’s the move with the horde ratings and moving forward great question great question once again appreciate the donation um at
What point do they get so fed up with ratings that they say screw the long-term plan that’s a legitimate worry I don’t know what that is or do they want to sell finally at some point but the thing is with hard ratings it’s going to lower the price of the sale
They’re waiting at least until new TV deals and then probably expansion so it’s still going to be like three years no matter what happens I think because they’re going to get paid for that but I don’t think they necessarily have to because with that coming on the horizon
You can bake that into the sale price because it’s going to happen in the next three to four years yeah um see the thing is jod makes somewhere between and 150 million dollar a year by being the deao owner of the team she doesn’t get any of it if she
Sells it goes to the trust so she’s trying to hold out as long as possible not to um so uh I don’t I don’t think this changes whether she wants to sell it I think her plan all along has been whether the Blazers have hor ratings or
Great ratings she’s Mak money for doing nothing basically and uh and she’s about to get the value of the franchise to go up by a lot when um that TV deal kicks in and then also when expansion hits um because those are payouts uh that don’t
Go to like the league those go to all get split up between all the owners um so this it’s a case where in the next six years or so both of those things the the TV deal should be next year I think at some point and then the um the
Expansion time is supposed to be sometime between now and 2030 I guess um I think it would be sooner rather than closer to 2030 but um I think they’re just waiting for that TV deal um to announce that so it should be within the next couple years that they actually do
Those and and so I don’t know I think the horrid ratings are a problem in that they don’t want people to be disinterested so I think that’s why they’re refusing to use the word rebuild and things like that which I think is silly like I said earlier like it like
Does it really matter if he’s if they say it or not um so uh Jim asks does she actually get the money or does it go into the trust uh so she actually makes that money that’s so she makes like a 100 million a year for running the Trust basically um and
That’s including the the Blazers or whatever so she doesn’t she doesn’t want to get rid of the Blazers and that’s why she’s fought so hard against this notion that she wants to sell or is going to sell sometime soon now it might be forced because we don’t know the actual
Wording of the trust uh for when we’ll have to or when she’ll have to sell it and the trust has to be uh liquefied or whatever but um I I do think that um I I do think that she’s going to try as hard as possible not to sell the
Team she’s probably gonna have to be forced to sell but we also know that Bert cold uh he actually it was somewhere between like 10 and 15% that it was estimated at that he’s like gets part of a percentage of the sale for brokering the sale of the like he’s
Running the sale of the team if it happens so there might be some Dynamics in the front office where Bert wants to sell at some point or um and jod doesn’t because uh their situations are the complete opposite of each other so yeah it’s such a mess I hate talking about it
I think you summed it up pretty well yeah but thank you so much for the the donation appreciate it yep um tank ofon yeah let me set it up real quick um while you’re setting that up uh let me see if I can find it Robert Valley whoever that is uh hi
Robert asked if he saw me earlier uh and you did see me there that’s crazy but uh yeah look at you you’re so famous Eric you said by the time I figured out where where I knew you from you were gone that’s cool though you’re so famous you’re so
Popular I’m just out amongst the people a lot more than you kind of true not really true I mean I I recognized occasionally I mean I just not as famous as you like I I got like probably 60% of the clout that you do no I’m just saying like I’m out
Working at stores all day and you know that kind of stuff you get door Dash I go out to restaurants like you know I sit here on my computer I work on my computer B basically yeah yeah for anyone who doesn’t know I help
Run a Creator Network so I do a lot of graphics for creators if you watch any baseball creators you might have seen my graphical work and not even known it or even NFL guys um so but I know in this particular situation you didn’t realize
It for a while Robert but this goes for everyone if you see Tori or I anywhere say hi don’t be don’t you don’t have to be weird you could just say hi walk up to Eric and say you have Chi even higher on your board that’s almost
Impossible oh I don’t know why the audio played whoops anyway we just got blessed with a no reaction although it should be Applause because we love tank ofon we love ton um Washington loves ton because they are somehow in first place even worse worse than the p uh Pistons
They’ve lost 15 in a row Eric mhm they played Utah today and they were actually up and Jordan PA had like 23 points in 9 minutes or something crazy at least according to a tweet I saw that I fully believe in um because you know Twitter never
Lies yeah they at the end yeah I took the Jazz they covered I took the the Lakers and they me and dude Connor’s cooking today bro the well Conor second Double Down was the Wizards so he lost that but yeah yeah but I was going to say me and him
Took the Lakers we do picks against the spread on a second Channel every Monday and Thursday that’s why you should tune in but we got 12 people participating me and Connor took the Lakers everybody else took the Thunder Lakers are up 112 to 88 and then Connor
Was the only person to take the Blazers with the timberl being 14-point favorites so he wins there so he’s cooking a little bit tonight shout out to him um anyway Golden State pick 14th but they’re basically tied with the Lakers which is good to see they well that
Game’s not final yet so Lakers are going to oh yeah the Lakers are going to be better than them yeah the game goes Final in like like five minutes so what we pretend the Lakers pick is theirs no the Lakers will lose or no they’re winning yes they move yeah so
The Lakers pick to New Orleans is actually Golden State to Portland Golden State to Portland is actually Lakers to New Orleans all right that’s the deal two and a half games behind Charlotte three games ahead of Memphis Memphis actually won today they beat Brooklyn I picked Brooklyn because
They came through for me last uh week but it is nice that the Grizzlies beat them because it gives the Blazers even more of a cushion there between five and six in this cushion between five and seven like we are not falling to seven no I don’t think so so it’s
Basically between four five and six but there is a pretty decent gap between five and six anyway let’s simulate this thing Eric and scroll up long we don’t play mempis anymore I guess yeah true SC it from the bottom like we normally do at 14 is Lakers to New Orleans at 13 is
Golden State to Portland at 12 is Chicago at 11 is Utah to OKC at 10 is Houston to OKC go KC gets 101 at 9 is Atlanta at 8 is Houston via Brooklyn so far it’s all chalk that’s good news at 7 the Memphis Grizzlies moov down a spot
Meaning the Toronto Raptors have moved into the top four San Antonio doesn’t get their pick so Portland’s supposed to be at six and at six is your Portland Trailblazers at five is San Antonio I moving down two spots at four is Charlotte at three is Toronto at two is Detroit and at one it’s the Washington Wizards boring Sim boring tank ofon Eric we get six and 13 and 34 and 39 3940 so just a TI uh
Um we need to do a mock draft soon yeah oh you got your dog with you um I feel like I don’t know I feel like if there’s a team that’s going to take topit number one it’s Washington yeah or or San Antonio but San Antonio if they go number one they
Likely have the Toronto pick that’s like later I don’t I don’t know why I just feel like Washington might take topit number one they need a point guard of the future right they’ve taken international players in the past right Denny AA B Kulali I don’t know they still need a center though for the future right yeah let’s just say okay let’s just say SAR number one to Washington Detroit at two takes Reay re s a good fit for them at three Toronto topage doesn’t really make sense for Toronto bro Toronto at three with re
Shay and SAR off the board would be fascinating Ron Holland I mean dude I feel like they could go with like 10 different players there yeah I do feel like Cody Williams is a Toronto type of pick though skilled 68 right so let’s go Cody Williams at four is Charlotte Charlotte doesn’t need
Topit they don’t need a point guard right who you think they’re they’d take it for today um man there there a team that needs to consolidate a little bit said Rish went off the board yeah two to Detroit I think I have one name in mind
I think that might take like a balis might on their team yeah yeah that’s what I was thinking you know three sl4 with size um that’s kind of what they need so Buel at four what were you gonna say I say him next to uh Miller at the 34 four that’s
Interesting that is interesting I do like that they just trade away PJ Washington so topage five to San Antonio they still get him and then who do you think Portland would take at six you got topic off the board R off the board SAR um well once again it’s a
Little hard without measurements yet um but uh uh I do think they consider Ron Holland yes which be okay with here depending on his measurements and I hope 66 I hope they would consider Salon I’d feel a bit uneasy about going salon at six to be honest
But I wouldn’t hate it as much as taking Chris Murray at six I mean it’s either it’s either it’s either salon Holland or a guard basically I don’t think there’s another player you um am I forgetting someone dton connect I’m not taking him at six dude come
On I have them higher on my board in the salon right now I don’t know I feel like their draft range are similar so but Salon makes more sense for us I mean once once again I think we’re going to regret this situation if we pass up on Dillingham but um
Yeah so we were six and the Memphis was seven I mean let me let me go here um like castle if he can play the three yeah maybe I like Castle yeah it’s just another player with a questionable shot yeah but he looked he looked really good
Cutting and uh moving around uh handling passing yesterday his feel for the game impresses me and then if he’s like a legit 66 to be able to playmake for others with like he does have three level scoring potential he has a nice mid-range shot crafty get
Into the rim he has like 14 dunks this year it just comes down to can you shoot the three ball he’s been shooting better this stretch of games right here since January 14th past month and a half he’s been shooting it better so he’s one of those guys where like it’s six
Eric I think it’s got to be 66 which I don’t know if he’s going to be yeah like he’s like sharp size what do you I think he has more I put I would put more stock in his defense than Sharp but he’s 190 pounds like he needs to be
66 to defend the three it’s tough him and connect are kind of the same way where like they might be like 6’4 and a half 65 and then that makes it rough to play him at a three maybe compared to being legit 66 so that’s why I said maybe him Ron
Holland I think is at least 66 he’s definitely not 68 Ron Holland to Mia 66 I Eric at six I would take right now today I would take Holland at six we can say another player with a questionable jumper but like a lot of the forwards have questionable jumpers
Right but that’s why I’m taking so long because I think his shot is good I just think Holland is a much better defensive prospect like I love his defense he rebounds the ball well I think I would put more stalk in his playmaking upside and slashing ability like basically Salon has
Potential but youron Holland’s still not going to be 19 on draft night I think he’s further along in every other area except shooting it’s one of those gambles where it’s like okay can you turn him into a shooter the thing is salon’s a little bigger so salon’s like a four more than a
Little bit I think salon’s probably 6869 and Holland 6667 but that’s where measurements are going to be fascinating yeah chat who would you take at six in this scenario let us know in the chat I’ll turn it into a poll and we’ll take a look at big boards while I run that
Poll because I’ve updated mine a a bit Eric’s updated his a little bit less but still couple of little I updated mine today did you yeah I looked at it today and it wasn’t that different you had a Visage at 20 right yep yeah and then you had like Coler move down
One I guess I just pull up the graphic and see if it was I don’t I don’t have Coler you did I was looking at your big board and comparing it to the last big board we did and you like flipped buellis in Holland I don’t know I I moved Castle up
Too okay yeah I wasn’t updated then weird because I looked at the link that you sent me like at halftime during this game is when I made it all right who would you draft as six well I’m taking salon at six I’m asking CH I know we’ll do we’ll do Ron
Holland I think there’s four serious candidates that they would consider maybe Ron Holland Stefon Castle ton Salon is there any other candidates well maybe should put Dyan Ham on there yeah we’ll do the best guard anyway um I’ll just show my update of Big Board it’s not maybe going to be
Updated for Eric but we can do that next post game let me see here right now chat poll T John Salon 62% of the vote they just love who you love Eric I don’t know if it’s that I think a lot of people uh since we started talking about him a
Lot have looked into him and I think it’s pretty easy to like him when you start looking into him colal pancak says I trust Eric’s intuition see but you don’t trust mine man after all I said about repairing Kamar man I just want some respect around here
Man I feel like ruper Eric is Justin manah I’m Ryan ruper I just need my shot okay I’m just kidding whatever makes you feel better I have to say I’m just kidding because that is a little insulting comparing you to just a manah and I don’t actually mean it all right right
Doesn’t bother me Big Board what you have on the right Eric is what I saw oh no you mov K up one and Reet down one right yeah okay yeah okay I was flipping them I go back and forth man like a ton my big board will probably be
A mess but Dillingham watching the way he distributed in that previous game who did they play again Arkansas yeah they played Arkansas just watching him distribute watching him run the pick and roll with a Visage was impressive had me bump him up M Cody Williams I’m like starting to get into
Like why some people are a little bit lower on him um I’m not necessarily agreeing with that I’m just starting to like actually pay attention to maybe some of the question marks whereas like before I’ve just paid attention to all the good things that that’s why you’ll
See some movement from prospects with me um buellis I’ve I just I moved him up three spots 611 even if he’s 610 being able to handle the ball in some of his recent performances and I have trust that he’ll be able to shoot the three
Ball like that’s why I bumped them up to five I have I have at eight currently what that’ll show on the next one yeah um I actually have a castle at nine you have castle at nine okay and holl’s down to 10 just every time you
Update it just like generate a new link and send it to me if you could because I think maybe it maybe I didn’t hit save or something right you know how that fan kind of tricky sometimes yeah I don’t think you did hit save honestly because yeah this is
Literally what I saw like a half time um but D connect like you guys know I’ve been high on him all season long I believe I bumped him up like four spots actually not two uh Reed Shepard continu to shoot the three ball well Kier at 10 and then the 11 to 20
Eric um this is what I had before let me update it W it w it loads in chat 56% of the poll say toan Salon 30% say Ron Holland Castle 3% Dillingham 9% and Castle 3% I would maybe go C I love Dillingham I’d maybe go Castle over Dillingham if
He’s a legit 66 for Portland anyway this is yeah I was going to say I didn’t see any movement 11 through 19 I just saw Visage at 20 so I bumped a Visage up for you but um topit I just got serious serious bust Vibes with americ like major major bust
Vibes yeah I don’t know if I agree with that I like topich I just like the top 10 better I mean if he’s not a good NBA athlete doesn’t shoot the three ball well has defensive questions that could seriously be a bust yeah but those are all similar
Concerns I’m not saying he’s Luca but Luca had all those same question marks Luca was a little taller though Luca’s shot wasn’t as much of a question mark with me and I think Luca’s playmaking was a little bit better like Luca was Luca was dominating Euro league topic
Ain’t even playing in Euro league yeah yeah his competition is the Great greatest but I do think his handle is nice he uses his body well and uh I I don’t think a shot’s that bad I think it’s it could get better he might be able to be a shooter
But bust Vibes means like he could be good but he has serious MH like downside and risk and question marks about him for a top three Prospect which is what a lot of people view him as I don’t view him as a top three Prospect yeah um he
Just has too many question marks too many red flags for me but uh Hunter Salis man like I finally sat down and watched some Hunter Salis this year I just I can’t believe that’s the same guy at watched the Gonzaga because he just looks completely different um the body control when he
Drives is impressive and then I just I don’t know how much stock to put in the shot but just he’s he’s gonna be a three and D2 guard that can slash finish and and run some pick and roll it seems like that’s a really good player yeah so nice to see
Her trying to outdo me there you’re going to you’re going to say you were the hunter salace guy all along I mean I mess with technically I’ve been a hunter Sal guy since the second he committed to Gonzaga I just you know he then he decommitted which I
Understood I I don’t even hold that against him as a Gaga fan like I understand it wasn’t working out it was a good move for him it was a good move for his career I get it oh absolutely and gonzaga’s just fine now because all of a sudden we’re dominant again but
That’s another another conversation um CLE pancakes $10 donations says Tori not having chamchi in his top 20 is blasphemy why is that because Eric loves him and you trust Eric’s intuition over mine man at least you donated thank you for the $10 donation I have chomi I believe at
21 if chomi is 611 he’ll move into my top 20 probably but if he’s like 69 talked about last post games stream if he’s 69ine I’m bumping him down I want him to go back to to school for another year Eric to be honest I don’t I want him to come come
Now so his value is a little lower yeah or he’s just the unknown that we draft and isn’t actually good I don’t know um he’s just such an unknown he would be fun to watch in college take chances on those guys laser situation yeah I’m okay with
Taking a chance on that guy with the Warriors pick that’s like why it’s nice having a second first round pick but yeah I have chamchi at 21 um I go back and forth on like Devin Carter chamchi Tyler Smith Don Holmes and Johnny Fury like that’s 20 through 24 they’re all even to
Me and then I have Kling in 25 where do you have a vis oh a Visage I meant to move up and didn’t save it a vis I have in the same the same tier as like Carter Chom Che Tyler Smith Don Holmes Fury yeah like a visich and Chi to me are
Like together in a way in terms of just like intriguing skill set size physical tools passing ability shoot can shoot like I’ll probably keep them grouped together between now and June if V just keeps playing he has a chance to go into the lottery though like I said um
I Ryan Dunn I have at 44 where do you have Ryan done um let’s see while you look that up I still think Adama Bal got injured and then came back from injury and his struggled as a little rusty but I still think he’s very intriguing mhm I have him early second
Right now 35th I have 38 Ry Ryon yeah I just man he’s an non shooter he reminds me a little bit of like Kendall brown but Kendall Brown could at least like handle a little bit before he got to college like I don’t know Ryan done is just nothing offensively um
I thought there there’s somebody else I wanted to talk about but I forget horor director had another donation $10 just a hypothetical how are the Blazers doing if Dame’s still on the team tough question yeah well the tough part about that is there’s I mean we don’t know what other
Moves would have been made to try and win this year obviously we’re not playing like like do we still trade for Aiden or what or if you’re saying just add a add Dame to this team that’s also kind of weird because um like this team is not meant for Dame
At all and we still would be even heavier guard wise yeah um but yeah I don’t know I mean obviously we be better than we are thank you for the donation appreciate it um where do you have Antonio Reeves I have him outside top 60 I have a midc yeah
Like I just think he’ll be able to score he shooting 44% from three this season 51% from the field like he’s not a passer not really Defender but he’s a bucket you know at 65 66 like I’ve seen worse scores at his age get drafted higher I feel like
Um he has he has potential to be one of those second round picks that ends up being like a sixthman type in my opinion um might not happen but he especially with the Kentucky guard bump like every Kentucky guard B on the league it seems like it’s going to be
Ultra tested this year cuz they have like four of them but uh yeah I have them I have a mid midc right now I have him 42 but I haven’t scouted enough guys to have him lower than that yeah I mean if he wasn’t a senior I think I’d probably have
Him higher but it’s it’s a tough one I did like uh so Aaron Bradshaw had some comments was asked about if it’s tough not cuz of viit has uh finish the game and also Reeves was on the bench last game at the end they played all five freshman which was
Really cool um but uh Bradshaw had a great attitude he’s like if if I’m not playing that means I need to play better and uh he he said he was happy that it’s not a competition between him and a visit or whatever for minutes it’s it whoever’s playing best is going to play
And that just means he needs to get better if if that’s the case and I thought that was a great attitude and just like I don’t know just having the right mindset to me is really important because then that’s the kind of guy who’s going to work hard to do that and
Not just I hate the guys who were like yeah it’s politics man coach just wouldn’t play me you know or like you know uh and so that that kind of made me think a little higher of him and what’s crazy it’s like it’s not like he’s getting his minutes cut on a
On a bad team ky’s probably going to be a four or five seed but they could legitimately have seven players drafted yeah those seven players are guard wise DJ Wagner Reed Shepard Rob Dillingham Antonio Reeves and then in the front Court you got a visich you got Bradshaw and you got Justin Edwards
Right and I’ve even seen on yenso on some big boards like late 50s yeah so that would be an eighth guy wasn’t daro on some boards too yeah like I mean they what’s the record for most players drafted from a college in one draft because there is
A really good chance Kentucky breaks it this year I feel like it’s what five maybe uh yeah it’s got to be like six I can’t imagine more than six yeah like bare minimum I think they get six because I think a Visage gets drafted I think Justin Edwards gets
Drafted I think Brad Shaw would get drafted I think Shephard Wagner and Dillingham all get drafted Reeves more borderline than the rest I wonder if either Wagner or Edwards ends up staying another year possibly yeah I just wonder how though I don’t know know if Stang another year would help
Edwards because he’s just going to be relegated to a shooter role the same shooter role he’s been playing in this year yeah but still if he could think that maybe he may good for him I don’t know maybe maybe but I just think players have done better in the NBA once they’ve left
Kentucky you know I don’t know and especially with the being a little bit deeper next year like I don’t see a reason for him to go back yeah I don’t know who ky’s getting next year maybe if they’re not getting a bunch of players but if he struggles as
The number one option then on a team that’s not that good next year then then what 20 24 basketball recruits um Jaden Quinton who’s a center 69 Center is their top recruit according to 247 Sports and then they’re also getting a 65 Wing Billy Richmond and boo Boogie fland is a combo
Guard Gonzaga gets nobody thank God we have the transfer portal I don’t even know if we have a single player from next from this year’s high school class crazy kona’s falling off man except we’re back we are back um anyway anything else for the stream uh no thanks every for watching
Uh we’ll be back with the game Wednesday night and uh look for T’s repair video that’ll be fun to watch yeah tomorrow or or Wednesday morning I got a busy schedule tomorrow but I really want to drop a repair video I’m like I’m motivated free that man
Eric and uh yeah um was a it was a really fun game uh glad glad they had a fun game uh despite you know they won the last couple games of course that’s always fun to see them play well and win but uh I thought this game was a little
More entertaining than even those two Memphis ones were because of the level of competition they were going up against and holding their own and all that kind of stuff so it was fun to watch them battle a good Minnesota team tough tonight and uh so yeah I’ll I’ll
Take games like this the rest of the season please well said 100% agree I enjoyed this game more than the couple of wins to be honest so ant dominates wath dominates we didn’t even really talk a whole lot about wath but um wath 10 for 14 five for six for three just
Hit threes and then they had to run him off the line and he attacked the rim I mean 26 points he looked like NZ Reed tonight more so than Naz Reed did dude NZ re they need to free NZ Reed man they do they do just trade it I think we
Might have the next NZ Reed man like he he looked like NZ Reed tonight it was crazy I’ve been a Noz Reed fan and dapar has been uh been hooping man been hooping shout out to him repair good off the bench Banton shoots 20 shots 7 for 20 but had 187 and
Four um I just want to see more repair minutes going forward I think he’s earned them I think he’s played well enough and it’s fun to watch him watch him play he’s been shooting the lights out in the NBA so far which is a surprising development but a good one
Nonetheless um the next post game show will be live a little bit later after the game I’m going to the game on Wednesday that’s at home against Oklahoma City Thunder so expect the postgame show to go live approximately like 10 p.m. is normally when postgame shows go live for games
That I go to but the Blazers start off a six game home stand they got the the Thunder Rockets Raptors Celtics Hawks and Knicks on this home stand we’ll see if they can rattle off any wins there of course keep you covered with postgame shows only 22 left in the
Season see at the end of the season is right around the corner kind of crazy Eric kind of w oh the Bulls came back and beat the Kings did they yeah they were down big I didn’t do I knew I should have taken the Bulls I knew it I knew it
At least the Lakers won I didn’t do too great in piics today i’ went two in oh my goodness did I really go two and five I really went two and five no two and yeah two and five brutal stuff there were six games you had two double
Downs didn’t you or you just have one I only had one oh that’s right yeah as long as chat went two and five as well I’ve just been struggling lately anyway we’ll keep you guys covered with pix spread that’ll be a stream on Thursday yep game on Wednesday stream
Going live a little bit late video on Tuesday or Wednesday morning that’s what’s cover uh what we have for you this upcoming week with that being said that’s a wrap for this edition of the Blazer surprise postgame show Blazers lose but they compete and there’s a lot
Of good things from this game as they fall 119 114 to the Minnesota Timberwolves to fall to 17 and 43 on the season I’ll see you guys in the next video we’ll see you guys on the stream on Wednesday until then have a good rest of your night and until next time as
Always peace out go Blazers

The take on Ant goin down hill more is spot on, If he starts doing that hes going to look a lot like that Donovan Mitchell archetype
The free throw differential was comical. POR 13 – MIN 35 😂😂😂
Love the Rupert rant. However, he has played 21 G league games not 6. The G league stat website is stupid.
