This is the post I’ve been waiting for. While they did say negative x-ray and most orthopedists worth their salt would be able to manipulate the leg/knee and determine if anything was torn, but not having a conclusive MRI scan was important.
Playing on it could have certainly brought about a much more serious injury without the MRI.
Give him the week off, dude deserves it. I know he wants to present as tough, and we all know he is, but this will give him cover to rest a little more.
