I hope that everything is alright in his personal life and that he wasn’t pressured to come back prematurely. We need him in the right headspace mentally. That being said, I’m so happy he’s back. We need this man desperately.
So far no damage was done… we went 3-1 in his absence w/ Moody doing very very well. I love Wiggs, but he’s been too inconsistent and Moody just had a good 4 game stretch w/ solid efficiency (49% fg, 40% 3pt). I hope he gets more minutes moving forward.
I feel like there wasn’t as much support for Wiggins this time.
Last year everyone was wishing him the best, take as long as you need, etc.
On the different sports talk shows and on Reddit, this time there were a lot more questions and pressure to come back.
I wonder if the front office also echoed this sentiment and if it played any role in him coming back quick.
Glad to hear this that’s awesome news!! Curious how some of you all feel about Podz currently. If they are gearing up for a playoff push would a lot of those mins be better to give to Moody? Or do yall think Kerr will actually play Podz heavy mins in the playoffs?
Love Podz I just don’t think the defense is there with both him and Steph on the floor. So I’d personally like to see Moody or somebody else in that role. Obviously they have to get to the playoffs first. Podz should get a ton of mins just maybe not starting imo.
I just want him back and focused.
We need him to do well from here on out if we want to go for the ring. 💍

I’d personally like to see Wiggins come off the bench just for this game. That would show Moody a little bit of confidence and reward him. And then put Wiggins back in the starting lineup starting next game.
