This is some absolutely positively generational hating and I almost gotta respect it

the celtics losing 1 game in a month really breaks people’s brains

    crickets when we win though

Just can’t stand that play. I don’t get why the dude hasn’t learned

  4. That’s 12/37. 12 makes 25 misses. 32%. For anyone wondering.

    Run a play please.

Hating Boston sports teams is so played out , it’s such a social crutch at this point

  6. We got generational talent on the team. And generational cry babies on this sub.

  7. This is definitely a problem. There are gonna be close games in the playoffs especially in the finals. We can’t be doing this stupid shit it’s so predictable at this point

Sadly, other teams also know about this…

It’s in their favor to let Tatum shoot the last shot…

Odds in their favor to win…

    Ask Miami… GS… Milwaukee…

  9. “Was cut short on the website, shot did not go in” generational hating 😭

Some of these are ugly but people put way too much stock into these shots. It’s a tiny and often noisy part of the game.

We should defs try some different looks but if people think it’s worse that Tatum sometimes misses these shots vs Luka as an example giving up 20 points on the defensive end a night I don’t know what to tell you. All makes, misses and defence before these shots still counted and something should be said for the fact that the Celtics with JTs help arent often even in this position due to how good they are.

I would love to see them get into actions quicker tho and also think the ball would be better getting into KP where he can either shoot, get fouled or distribute

I mean damn only 37 attempts in the final 5 mins of the 4th over the last ~250 games + playoffs really isn’t a lot at all lol

  12. I don’t know why everyone saying this is a hating post, i think it’s something a lot of people were curious about seeing.

  13. I’m fine with him taking fadeaways late. But when it’s the last shot of the game, it drives me insane. Last one I can remember him hitting was in MSG over RJ Barrett, which was maybe 2 years ago.

I’m gonna be the minority here, but I think it’s good he’s practicing taking these shots and doing so confidently. All these reps is how we got Game 6 Tatum against the Sixers and this same shit is exactly what led Kobe to be a buzzer beating machine during the 09-10 seasons.

And in the playoffs, it’s these one on one that will require Tatum to have to make these kinda shots
