A lot of you never had a good coach and it shows. I once threw 122 pitches in 2 and 1/3 innings of JV baseball. My coach walked out to the mound after a 43 pitch 1st inning. He told me to think of the nicest rack I could imagine. I threw another 40 pitches and gave up 8 runs.
