Even NBA fans outside of the Lakers know that Darvin Ham has been a sandwich.
Remember when this sub was so high and happy ham got hired. Bunch of delusional hypocrites.
I’m so sick of people saying Luke Walton was worse, he wasn’t.
Luke Walton struggled to make important adjustments and decisions, that much is true, but he rarely if ever actively sabotaged his own team the way Ham does.
You would never see Walton put out a 5 guard lineup where fucking Austin Reaves is your center (Ham did). He would never suddenly bench a key rotation piece literally out of nowhere in an important game (Ham did this to Rui last year). He never called timeout between his own player’s free throws to ice them (Ham has on several occasions).
Luke was bad, but Ham might genuinely be the worst coach in league history. I’ve said it over and over again and I’ll say it again: It’s not that Ham can’t be trusted to make good decisions, it’s that he can’t be trusted NOT to make completely inexcusable and nonsensical decisions even when the right move is obvious.
