Doc gave JJ an opprotunity!!???? Doc had JJ as the 4th offesnsive threat behind sorry ass DeAndre Jordan who refused to improve his game and needed to be fed most of his points from CP3/or Blake. JJ was one of the most reliable players on that Clippers team and weathered the storm when Doc was head coach AND GM. Doc overpaid DeAndre's useless easy target ass, he wasted money on his subpar son, he refused to trade DJ for a quality wing and defensive interior guy, Doc never made any adjustments which made the Clips easy to figure out and route in the 2nd round. Doc Rivers allowed the Josh Smith to lead the Houston Rockots to a 19 plus point comeback late in game 6 when James Harden was on the bench, SICK!!!. This nigga aint call no easy 2s and D no plays to get JJ and other shooters open, no plays designed to get Blake and others to the freethrow line. Nothing! And the cherry on top Blake Griffin was statistically the best player in thise playoffs until they were elinated the following game 7. Doc rivers is a fuckin bumb and JJ Reddick is right to call him out. Bucks aint winning shit with that nigga.

No problem with what Reddick said, but it seemed very personal the way he expressed it, especially considering the fact Doc gave him premium run when very few coaches would have because of his shtty defense. J.J. played zero fkn defense, was a mediocre passer and provided nothing other that spot,-up shooting.
Can someone explain to me WHEN Doc was supposed to win these other 3 or 4 chips I guess he's accountable for? The big 3 got old. Chris Paul got hurt in the playoffs. Was the Clippers SUPPOSED to beat the Warriors or Cavs? Was Philly SUPPOSED to beat Denver? Was Boston SUPPOSED to beat the Lakers again? Where are all the rest of these rings supposed to come from? Doc is probably the main thing that broke Ben Simmons. When your HC throws you under the bus, that will crush your confidence. Thats the biggest example of how Doc never takes accountability. Simmons own performance is one thing. But as a HC, you dont do that.
