Sad night all around. The loss, Curry injury and Looney reaching the point of being a DNP – Coach’s decision.
I really appreciate how hard Looney works and how much he’s meant to the franchise.

Watched him when he played in Santa Cruz during the early years. Been rooting for him the whole time, through all the ups and downs.

Seeing it end was more depressing than the loss. Thanks big man! Loon is everything the warriors are all about!

In the midst of the loss and Steph’s injury, I forgot about this.

I’m sure they talked to him about it and he agreed to it so it wouldn’t be an issue. And it was definitely planned before because I think it could have made sense to play him against Drummond but they didn’t. I’m sure Looney was incredibly selfless because that’s who he is and why he’s such a quiet leader. I hope he stays with the organization.

Without him, we don’t win TWO championships. He solved the Harden problem by being a switchable big man in the 2017-18 season and we all know how he tore it up during the magical ‘22 run. WARRIORS LEGEND‼️🗣

don’t understand why kerr couldn’t have played him for even a minute. everyone knows how much that streak means to loon.

I’ll always wear my Looney jersey with pride

I’m not mad at Kerr and I love TJD but I do think Looney would of been a great matchup to neutralize Drummonds rebounding
MajesticConflict1219
Couldn’t even sub him in the last 6 seconds after all he did for the franchise.
