  1. Tatum was playing well in the first quarter idk why he decided to just take the night off after that quarter

Jaylen simply telling it like it is all year.

It’s no surprise we’re gonna lose to the nuggets. It’s not jus jokic and Murray, the supporting cast have done a great deal. I really think it’s the celtics best chance to make it to the finals. And if we do, I don’t wanna see the denver nuggets as our opponents

We put JT on the block so much to start the year, low block, mid block, etc. Then it just disappeared. We need to get back to that action to get him going a but earlier. When he drives and doesn’t go up strong enough, throws a few flippies up and doesn’t get a call, he starts to get hesitant. Need to put him in some good action and not dribble iso up top. On block, be patient and work the post/mid-post.

JB been playing great and also been saying the right things after losses. Liking his attitude rn.

Hot take I really donā€™t mind the basketball philosophy of Jayson taking what the defense gave him in this one, it was the mistakes and turnovers from him leading to easy baskets that were the real problem

  7. You need to yam it home on those 3v1 fast breaks. We settled and it showed

The real problem was the sloppy turnovers and bad passes from JT. He was letting the hot hand cook and taking that 3 was a good call. The bad play making really killed us. But also JB has gotta make those FTs

  9. At least he had 8 assists so he made something out of being pressured but yes he needed to elevate his game even if it’s Brown’s night. They both need to step up together. That missed 3 last night was a back breaker. It would’ve lived rent free in my head if it was the playoffs.

We were one wide open 3 from Tatum to go up 1 instead of down 4. Iā€™m not stressing. This team is more than capable of coming back from a 2-0 deficit if this was a playoff series.

  11. Tatum was also not boxing out Aaron Gordon, letting him get several crucial put-backs.

I just felt like overall we didnā€™t execute enough of the little details. We gotta iron out the kinks before april

To all the fans saying no need for him to be more aggressive in games like these, JB believes his does.

I think at this point it would benefit JT (and the team) to expect no calls from refs, instead of him letting them take him out of his game and occupying his brain. He gets so mad at refs, it does not help his rhythm.

Maybe after games, the Cā€™s could have have a film editor string together all the missed fouls calls, proving weā€™re getting F-d..

JB speaking straight to Tatum. Not the first time heā€™s used the press conference for this. Earlier this year he implied playing with pace at him. This is clear as day now Jaylen is pushing Tatum to be better and using these conferences as a way to get through to him. Must be crazy frustrating to be sweating his ass off during time outs trying to catch his breath while Tatum has barely broken a jog. Poor Tatum. The spotlight is fully on him now to perform. Unless his three point shooting barrage is going in his games are usually fairly ugly.
