[Cranjis] LA is now 12-2 in games where they run set plays 55%+ of the time within their half court offense. 121.0 ORtg in those games.

They've done that while being more injured than in their other games played this season.

There’s no excuse to be this late in the season and there being only 14 games that qualify. Is blatant sabotage by a “coach” well out of his depth. Funny thing is the plays we draw are actually really good, we just stop using them
>LA is a better defensive team when they’re healthier, but the offense really just comes down to how much they run actual offense rather than play pickup ball out there.
>That 1 factor has been SO much more important than injuries or opponent quality for LA’s offensive production.

Reaves+D’Lo have been averaging 40/7/14 on basically 50/40/85 shooting the past 20 games.
That’s an elite level production backcourt.
The rest of the Lakers are pretty much playing well.
AD is healthy, LeBron has been the same LeBron, and Rui has been good.
There’s no reason this team can’t make a deep playoffs run. Hopefully Vanderbilt and Wood come back soon so the Lakers can have more size and rebounding to help AD out.
I like what I am seeing from Spencer defensively. Spencer and Vanderbilt could wreak havoc defensively out there and give Reaves or D’Lo the chance to not have to worry about the defense and just focus on the offense.
Lakers are DEEP. It’s just unfortunate bad rotations and injuries kept having guys in and out of the lineup.
Prince/Reddish/Vanderbilt/Spencer could all come in and give you 15-25 minutes of good production.
Reaves+D’Lo, again, 40/7/15 the past 20 games on elite efficiency.
Bron can give you 25-30.
With AD just playing lockdown defense and putting up 24/15 and a few blocks, this team will be dangerous when fully healthy.
As much as Ham has been pretty bad with the rotations and time management of the game, I feel it will be a lot better come playoffs when they have to solely focus on one team for seven games. Ham did a good job coaching in the playoffs last year. The problem is the Lakers ran into an unstoppable Nuggets team.
Those 2 losses are both from Denver? Both games were close contested until theres 3 minutes left in the game
The offense flows better when dlo runs it. When lebron is running things people just stand around. Having dlo just sit in the corner is a massive waste of his skill set.
That isn’t to say only dlo should run it, but lebron needs to let dlo run it more.
Maybe it’s just me, but it feels like the Lakers run more sets (effectively) when DLO runs the show and Lebron misses games.
