I swear I will never understand the Cam Thomas hate. He’s 22, this is his first season with real minutes, Jacque Vaughn was trash, he clearly improved his defense and his playmaking, Lebron, KD, PG, Booker all said he was good but some people in this fanbase are mad because what? He can’t fix Tsai and Marks mistakes ?
I’m happy to be proven wrong but the FO not taking even just 2 picks back from HOU for Mikal might be the single worst decision made since the Celtics trade. We have lost to the Pistons, Grizzlies and Hornets in the past week.

this team was basically gifted a way to a play-in spot, and they still couldn’t capitalise. Losing to 2 of the worst teams in the league is just embarrassing.

What a performance. Very proud.
Silly me imagining we’d be 7th or 8th seed at the start of the season. The doomers at the end of last season were totally right, and I think even they’re probably surprised at how bad this team is looking right now.
When it comes down to it I hope all the fans really show how much we’re disappointed in how this organization prepared for this season. I’m not going to anymore games nor watching these games going forward.

That loss to the pistons the other night has turned me numb. I’m not surprised or upset we lost tonight. I don’t see any winnable games for the next few weeks tbh.

Mikal Bridges is a really nice guy , but he is the ultimate example of someone who needs to play with superstar players. He’s being put above his weight class so to speak in Brooklyn. He’s a solid all rounder type player, but he isn’t elite in anything with his game especially on his own. When he’s playing around superstars it elevates his skills just a bit to make him a really solid above average Jack of all trades player.
His game just translates a lot better as a 3-4th guy on a stacked team, instead of being “the guy”. He’s like Juju Smith Schuster of basketball, he needs other big names around him to be fully effective but he’s obviously far from a number 1 or number 2 star.
I haven’t really been posting on here in a while. Don’t want to seem Doom and Gloom, but this team is fucking ass

Coach -> James Borrego
Mikal Bridges to Houston for 2025 and 26 pick with Jalen Green.
CamJ to Detroit for two second rounders.
DFS to Cavs for a pick.
Nic to Memphis -> S&T for Smart.
Rest of them I’m not sure yet. All will be available for the right price.
Well us fake fans have been ringing the alarm for over a yr now saying trade dfs, trade claxton, trade bridges just start the rebuild. Chance after chance, even a chance to get back a chunk of our picks back and marks turned them all down. Now the nets are 5 games out of the 10th seed and their big plan is to try and convince a star to come to the 11th seed lol
