This play would go unnoticed to most: Look at Rui this whole play. 1st on Beasley, Dame gets the switch, Rui immediately switches with Cam near the rim, and then the perfect contest without fouling saving the potential 3pt lead.

Actually looks like he was very aware to cover Giannis on two instances on this play.
This is a perfect example of why it takes 5 players on a string to play good defense. If just 1 player isn’t paying attention or isn’t defending, reactive modern offenses are going to find and exploit that opening.
Rui has also hit some clutch shots this year. What in the world was Darvin Ham thinking at the start of this year…?
But it looks like Cam got confused on that switch and Beasley was left wide open.
