  1. How many poor young men don't have that strong father figure looking out for the long term for these young people? It's a shame that it's a shark tank out there and people are willing to put a thousand cuts on them and throw them in the deep end?

  2. That’s right Magic listen to your father and when you listen and respect your parents GOD blesses you. Just like what happened with Jordan his mother sing with Nike and now his making money not even playing it’s a life contract

  3. What a great father. Many parents have gotten greedy and taken advantage of their kids' situation instead of guiding them properly. Magic clearly had a great role model.

  4. He shaved points in nba finals. I know it. I’ve seen him turnover ball and look into his hands like a moron.

  5. Magic coming to the Lakers changed my life as a kid growing up in L.A. That Show-Time era was a one of a kind entertainment! It was more than a basketball game. It was a show!

  6. That’s funny, because in the show it was his father, trying to get him to take the money and him telling his father to wait that he could get more money

  7. Yeah worked out good THIS time could of tore his Achilles or over dosed (sam bowie/len bias) and not made a cent imma assume cause someone at Michigan state was paying pops probably gave em a nice easy job making 6 figures as a janitor god knows

  8. I love the scene in Winning Time. Magic showed great respect to his parents for a young man in his position. A time where everybody’s in your ear.

  9. Jordan with great father as well, Bird as well.

If Lebron had a father like Them, He would be playin like in that game in Boston all the time.

  10. Magic only got to enter draft early because of broke family. And Bird had the highest rookie deal at that time with $600k per year.
