Could be wrong, but it seems like Haliburton is shooting a lot less, at least from beyond the arc. I think he's recognizing his current struggles and working more on assisting.
As good as the Magic are on defense I believe Indiana is just too talented from an offensive standpoint to lose to the Magic.
