The Cavaliers defeated the Eagles 66-60 in overtime to advance to the ACC Tournament Semifinals. Isaac McKneely and Reece Beekman each hit a three-pointer to start overtime and gave the Cavaliers the room they needed to get the win. Beekman finished the game with 11 points, 11 assists, and 7 rebounds. Jacob Groves led UVA with 15 points and 11 rebounds. For Boston College, Quinten Post had a game-high 23 points and 13 rebounds.
