Keon Ellis on the experience of guarding Jalen Brunson following the Kings 98-91 loss to the Knicks

Following Sunday’s practice in Sacramento, Keon Ellis talks to Fox40’s Sean Cunningham about Saturday’s 98-91 loss to the Knicks, his Kings playing in a playoff-style game with New York, the experience of defending Jalen Brunson, seeing Brunson blow by him late in the game, the steals he’s racking up in recent games and looking to close out the six-game homestand Monday night on a winning note against the Grizzlies.

  1. keon, i am a diehard Knicks fan but i have to say, sir, YOU are amazing. your defensive skills are outstanding and you gave Brunson the toughest fit he could take. there was nothing more you could have done. you were stuck to him like glue. Brunson always looks like hes playing on a school yard, making the most ridiculous shots, consistently. hold your head high. you have a great career ahead of you. johnny

  2. LMAO @ "A lot of calls weren't called"…Bro, the Kings shot 26 free throws to the Knicks 16. No excuses, please.

  3. Lol this team is but hurt they lost, given the Knick’s no credit. Like the knjcks also shot poorly, like our guys that shoot high percentages were off, Donte, OG, bogey, Deuce. Give me a break. Charmin soft. How you complaining about calls but out shot the knicks by 26-14 from the line. And y’all had to foul st the end, Brunson was getting hammered all night only got 4 freethrows. Hold the L

  4. Malik Monk said it too “this game felt like a playoff game”, “it’s good practice for when it’s time”. Thats the difference between these teams.. The knicks play like it’s a playoffs game every time they play. They’re the ultimate try hard team. More teams should start playing like them.

  5. lot of knicks fans (including me) check on the kings after that game. I just want to say this Keon Ellis better have a bounce back game we don't want him to be the next Brandon Knight who got famous for the wrong reasons. We wish you all the best
