Kings Head Coach Makes SURPRISING Comments About Brunson’s IMPACT… | Knicks News

Amazing awesome extraordinary excellent out of this world it’s getting very hard to describe Jaylen Brunson his accolades and what he means to this Knicks team and not only me even head coach of the Kings Mike Brown found it difficult to describe Jaylen Brunson and what he

Means to this Knicks team so much so that he stopped using phrases and words and started to use players and he compared Jaylen Brunson to a superstar one of the best players to play the game today we’re gonna break down his comments who he compared Jaylen Brunson

To and why this matter is going forward for the New York Knicks all of this and so much more today if you’re not already subscribed to the channel go ahead and hit that subscribe button now and make sure you have notifications turned on so you don’t miss a second of the new

Content and now let’s get started Mike Brown head coach of the Kings Compares Jaylen Brunson to another superstar in this league now Jaylen Brunson if you ask a 100 people maybe 90% of them would probably tell you he is not a superstar not yet anyways however in my opinion he’s been knocking

On that door of superstardom for a long time now for a large part of this season and that’s due to his play his impact and what he means to this Knicks team and now other people around the leag League are starting to notice his greatness especially Mike Brown because

When you stop using words to describe Jaylen Brunson and you start using players you enter a new realm a new territory you’ve never been into before and that’s exactly what Jaylen Brunson is doing for this Knicks team let’s take a look at Mike Brown and what he said

About Brunson man he’s a hell of a player I don’t know if Steph maybe we blitzed anybody as much as we did Jaylen tonight and he’s still scored 42 points Jaylen shot 50% from the three-point line and over 50% from the field and we sent the double team at him every single

Time he came off of the pick and roll in that second half and probably half of the time in the first half hell of a player hell of a player hell of a player I’m sorry what did Mike Brown just compare Jaylen Brunson to Steph Curry Superstar Steph Curry one of the

Greatest Shooters on the planet Steph Curry let’s read that again real quick man he’s a hell of a player I don’t know if Steph maybe we blitzed anybody as much as we did Jaylen tonight he’s speaking about how the Kings defended Jaylen Brunson and honestly that was a

Very surprising comment for me I knew Jaylen was doing better with the double teams he was either finding them better seeing when they were coming at him and passing out of them or splitting the double team and getting to the rim he was doing one of the other but he was

Getting better at reading the doubles however if they’re trying to guard him like Steph now if they’re playing him like Steph now at least according to Mike Brown and they’re trying to guard him that way trying to trap him trying to put him in positions that make the

Game harder for him then I gotta say we have to stop talking about jayen Brunson with all of these lower level stars because now we have coaches we have players we have other people around the league starting to compare Jaylen Brunson to your favorite players to those Stars those Allstars those

Superstar players once that happens we have to start considering Jaylen Brunson as one of those players you cannot guard Jaylen Brunson Blitz Jaylen Brunson trap Jaylen Brunson like you would do all of these other stars stars like Steph Curry and then not speak about jayen Brunson when you’re having those conversations

About who are the better players in the NBA who are the top 10 players in the NBA who are the top 15 players in the NBA news flash by the way in my opinion Jaylen Brunson is starting to crack himself into the top 10 players in the

NBA right now he’s on the outskirts of that maybe 11 maybe 12 you can make arguments all day with me but in my opinion that’s where he is because of his play he doesn’t get there without this Nicks team I give you that but this Nick team isn’t where they are today

Without Jaylen Brunson that legendary footwork and what he means for this team we have head coaches talking about they have to guard Jaylen like they would do other stars in the league and I’m still talking with people either on social media in the comments still arguing my

Point on why jayen Brunson should be considered a superstar why he’s knocking on that door of superstardom and why in my opinion he deserves an all NBA team nod this season second team for me but if you don’t want to do that at least give him that third team nod because

Without a doubt he’s deserved at least that much but second team he’s on his way in my opinion he’s already locked it down but some other people some other voters still need to be swayed don’t worry watch the Nicks for the next few games for the rest of the season Jaylen

Brunson and this team is going to do that they’re going to convince you Jaylen has just been phenomenal footwork defense paint play three-point shooting whatever you need from Jaylen he’s going to give you you need clutch buckets he’s going to give you that you want an ones

He’s going to give you that you want him to get to the line more well he’s going to try but the refs are going to have to be the one to give him those calls sometimes he doesn’t get them but often times recently he’s been hearing that

Whistle a lot more you start hearing that whistle a lot more when you start turning into a star Jaylen in my opinion is turning into that star right before our eyes and there there’s no denying it at this point in time shout out to Nick PR on the appx for giving us the

Following information about Brunson Jaylen Brunson recorded 40 plus points in consecutive games including the game against the Kings last night marking the first time a Nick has recorded 40 plus points in back-to-back games since Carmelo Anthony did it in 2014 Brunson is also the fourth Nick in franchise

History to record 40 plus points in consecutive games I’m running out of words to describe this man describe his accolades and describe his impact for this Knicks team 40 plus points consecutively going up there with names like Carmelo Anthony and Bernard King doing something that we haven’t seen in

Nick’s history for nearly 10 years maybe more than that Jaylen Brunson is on Pace to be one of the best Nick point guards we’ve ever seen in Nick’s history Nicks history and he’s only been here two years not even the full second year yet he’s doing things that make me drop my

Jaw in excitement and shock because I can’t believe sometimes what I’m watching from the legendary footwork taking contact inside the paint at his size using his size and his strength at 6 foot six foot taking charges making sure he takes contact getting to the line using his body protecting the ball

I could go on and on and on for why Jaylen Brunson is a top tier guard in the league you have coaches you have players you have NBA legends talking about Jaylen Brunson what he means to this team and his play his play is that of a superstar his play is leading this

Knicks team to Victory each and every night and because of this play we have to start talking about him like the player that he is he is a star knocking on the door of super St him you can’t use words to describe his greatness anymore because he’s just too great you

Now have to compare him to other legendary players when you want to talk about his greatness Steph Curry being one of them they didn’t have to compare the way they guard jayen Brunson to Steph Curry but they did and shout out to Mike Brown for doing that because now

Moving forward all the conversations when you’re speaking about jayen Brunson remember these comments from Mike Brown you shouldn’t talk about him with the lower level Stars you should be talking about him with your favorite Stars around the league because Jaylen Brunson and his Star Play is making this Knicks

Team one of the best teams in the league it’s making Brunson one of the most feared guards in the league it’s making Brunson get comparisons to Steph Curry regarding how to defend him once that happens The Narrative the conversation all needs to change and Brunson is making that conversation change with his

Own play and I’m so happy to see it I’m so happy to see these comments and I’m so happy Mike Brown said this about Brunson because now moving forward when we talk about Brunson we should be talking about him with those main stars in the league you know the top 10

Players in the NBA we should be talking about Brunson with those guys because as of right now Brunson is playing like one of the best guards in the entire NBA and we must we need to acknowledge that but what about you guys what do you think about these comments given to Jaylen

Brunson by Mike Brown stating basically that the way that they were guarding Jaylen was the same way they guard Steph Curry let me know in the comments Below guys because honestly I would love to hear from you but that’s going to do it for this episode I hope you enjoyed it

And if you did go ahead and smash that like button leave a comment below and of course guys please subscribe to the channel until next time Nick fans peace

Jalen Brunson is starting to enter Superstar status. He has another 40+ point game underneath his belt and he’s doing it against top tier teams. Even though the New York Knicks are still missing a few of their key players and still dealing with injury management, they look like a very good team. A team that could become even more dangerous once they get healthy, but the head of that snake has to be Brunson. It’s getting hard to describe the player that Brunson is turning into for NY. The Sacramento Kings head coach Mike Brown also found himself in a similar dilemma when trying to describe Brunson’s play during the post game press conference. Instead of using words to describe Brunson, he compared him to a superstar player in the NBA and how they would guard that player. Troy Mahabir breaks all of this down!

  1. Some Knick fans care too much about what others think or say about him, but w that said, JB is phenomenal & I’ll bet Mark Cuban is sick to his stomach for letting him go!!!

  2. J.Brun is definitely the best point guard in the NBA for that position whether he is a pass first point guard or not a pass first point guard.

  3. I’m not concern about J.Brun critics opinion which does not really matter. He’s helping and lifting the NY Knicks franchise.

  4. If Dylan Brunson's not a superstar, I don't know what he is. He got superstar written all over his Jersey all in the NBA and on every banner in the NBA superstar grunton, the heart and cold in New York cause without Devon Brunson, New York wouldn't be right where they at right now.😂😂😂😂😂❤😂😂😂

  5. He most certainly is a superstar he took the one of the hardest jobs in the league; to be the starting point guard of the New York Knicks is no small task. I'll take the compliment from Mike Brown he's had success in the league.

  6. All we need is either Randle or Mitchell back in the lineup. And it will be a wrap guarantee. Either one of those mentions will male the Knicks that much dangerous, our time is now, before we end up losing Hartenstein, I have a feeling he will be gone because of contractual issues, and that will be a though 💊 to swallow. I don't want to see him go.

  7. BREAKING NEWS: The debate is officially over. Time to stop playing around. Jalen Brunson is (and has already been IMO) officially a Super Star. His performance proves it. His on and off-court leadership proves it. His on-court presence, his poise under immense pressure, his “clutchness” and most importantly, his consistency proves it. He’s a winner and a lifelong keeper!! The debate is over. NBA watchers who would not consider him a super star are not being rational. Maybe it’s due to an anti NY bias? An anti “small guy” bias? Maybe they are biased towards players 6’5” and taller? Maybe they don’t consider him a superstar because he’s not dunking on people? Or maybe you have to score >60 points in a game to be in that class? Or maybe it’s a fellow Knick fan who hesitates to call him a super star because they’re (we’re) so busy coveting other players and calling them superstars (like Spyda for example), that they’re not truly appreciating what we (Knick fans) have right now in JB? Maybe bc some of us Knick fans are not used to having anything nice? 🤷🏾‍♂️. But one thing I do know for sure, from checking the stats, to watching every single play of every single game and from seeing him in person and appreciating his superior skills, footwork, shot selection, consistency and leadership, and his ability to make others better: Jalen Brunson is not only a superstar, but he is a top 10 player in this league. A player you would build a team around. A league around. A player at his position who you would have on your roster rather than almost everyone else. A player you’d want others to emulate and learn from. Debate over. He is there, splitting hairs among the best in the NBA. Creating just as much of a matchup fear as any of his greatest peers. He is there. A full fledged super star. And I’m so glad he’s here: wearing 🟧and🟦. Let’s go!! 🟧🟦🟧🟦🟧🟦🟧🟦🟧🟦

  8. I if Julia Randle does come back that He will more role-play than the lead player don’t step on Bronson’s toes he’s the man

  9. JB is the point guard and floor general of the Knickerbockers…. Few guards would want this role, yet JB takes upon himself to not only be a leader but also put the team on his shoulders..

  10. one of the best short players of all time. along with iverson and thomas. he is shorter than curry but still gets the job done. amazing ability to get his shot off inside the paint.

  11. Hard to compare him to contemporaries but Brunsons game reminds me of Gary Payton. The handles, stutter steps, and ability to elevate players around him.

  12. I think the best thing about JB is his humbleness. He wouldn’t even consider himself a superstar or carry that ego

  13. I’m a die hard Knicks fan I agree that Brunson is a superstar and a top tier player in the league, HOWEVER, and this is with all due respect to JB, but that name Steph is a generational talent.

Can Brunson get there? I absolutely think that he can, however he needs a legitimate Robin to him being Batman and the Knicks don’t have that player yet.

  14. i don"t think Jalen becomes the player he is now if he stayed in Dallas, Luka is a ball hog theres no way he could blossom into this star player, he was only able to do it when Luka was not on the floor, now he runs the show. he has the ball in his hands to make plays for others or himself. i think he knows he couldn"t shine like this is Dallas, i dont think nobody knew he was this good a real Diamond in the rough not bad for a player taken in the second round this will go down as the best free agent signing Mark Cuban looks like a fool who really doesnt know real talent remember he had four years to watch this guy

  15. Kings fan here: First off, Brunson is an absolute DAWGGGG. Y'all got lucky to get him. He's the type of player that takes teams places. That dude had me pulling my hair out. Dudes a stud. Watching him I just go damn, this guys unpredictable af, as close to unguardable as a player can be. He's not the fastest guy on the court but has a deceptively fast first step, can nail shots from any place on the floor, strong AS HELL, just a menace everywhere. Clutch, not scared of pressure situations. With the defense y'all got I got you guys possibly winning a series over the Celtics if you're healthy.

On the other side of the coin, I want people to start noticing the difference in the Kings. I'm also really optimistic in my Kings, they aren't just an offensive oriented team anymore, they're molding into a defensive team. This month they are ranked in top ten in offense and defense, (they were 4th BEFORE THIS GAME that dropped them to 8th.) Man, your defense is TOUGH TOUGH TOUGH.

  16. Alright, slow down this is Mike Brown the same guy the implemented the Princeton offense with the Lakers. How did that work out? He is not a defensive guy at all. He did a great job with the Kings, but lets not get crazy now!! J.B. is not a Superstar he is a high end back up player!!

  17. 💥💥Its reasons like that is why i will be getting a Brunson jersey.. As he deserve all superstar mentions 💥💥
