I’d like to ask what others think but this narrative that Giannis isn’t clutch in the 4th seems outdated. I think I saw that he’s hitting FTs at 80% in the clutch but correct me if I’m wrong.
We won a championship with Giannis dancing to the FT line and scoring 17/19.
We lost the lakers game this season down 1 point with 5 secs left because instead of going to Giannis vs an injured AD to get points or go the Ft line, we depended on a 3 point Hail Mary from dame. Not saying he can’t make those but I think there’s a higher chance trusting Giannis for that.
I think the team should do what it did today swapping Bobby for brook in key matchups and use Giannis and dame in clutch moments depending on the situation.
