I get that it’s garbage time minutes, but I don’t understand why he’s getting zero tick right now. We basically don’t have any size at the 2 spot right now, even Buddy Hield is pretty undersized. Not to mention our team’s perpetual lack of athleticism. Ricky gives us both and he’s shown flashes of being effective. This org once again sells out for short term gain, while refusing to see if we can develop some good young guys who can fill the roster on the cheap.

I can’t say I’m overly upset at them cycling thru other players. Ricky has shown flashes but he’s still incredibly raw. Not the worst thing to have him sit and watch while working with the development team. He’s still clearly in their long term plans, so I wouldn’t worry too much. He’s not moving the needle enough that I am upset he’s not getting burn., although I don’t think he should be *totally* banished from the rotation.
