Kind of what you do but um tonight in particular though to to sort of come in and hit multiple threes to kind of get the offense going against um what did you see out on the court your teammates finding you obviously being it’s really just uh my job is kind

Of easy I just got to find Space um my teammates whether it’s Dame Yannis anybody they attract so much attention they they’re the ones that really make the plays and I just got to let it fly they trust when I shoot it so just trying to shoot it confidence and live

With the result um I believe the one you missed comes right back at you just s but you keep it alive and it swings back around just kind of walk through that play and and um is is that tough sometimes like if you’re to follow so to

Speak you know what I mean because I know sometimes you you can just put it up and maybe think you got to get back uh I knew that one was a little short when it left my hand so Chase it down um I think Pat um made the extra pass gave

Me another look and uh shortterm memory shoot it again seems you’ve really kind of won the faith of this of Doc just what’s it been like playing for him and what was kind of the instructions he gave you when he took over just in terms of what he wanted to see from you

Mhm just uh shoot it when I shoot it when I’m open Let it Fly and then just compete defensively um try to do all the little things you know that um add value um and go into winning and so I just try and pride myself on those because those

Are all things you can control regardless of if you get shots or if they go in or not um so that’s just my focus going out there do you feel like your teammates TR say growning you as the season’s going on um I think so I think it’s just you

Know the more we play together um the more you feel out each other’s games and play off each other but I think it’s not just me it’s as a whole I think you can see it too just the strides we’ve taken over the season um playing together on

Both ends of the floor um and so those are the habits you know that that go into winning and go into winning the postseason um it’s not often you have one person that shoots 30 Footers but you guys got like three of them like you Dame Brooke

Is there is there a competition to try to stretch it out uh we haven’t talked about it um I think it’d be tough to beat Dame that one tonight he just picked it up and let it fly I love that um I don’t know we’ll see you said that

You feel like your job is easy but one may argue you have the hardest jot because you’re out there to make baskets to score do you feel like that’s an innate thing in you where like this is just who I am so it is easy yeah I think just um playing the

Game you know it’s just basketball is simple game it’s just basketball and we’ve all been playing it for so long um so just trusting in in the work and you know things happen as they should um and just having Joy within it regardless of

Shots going or not we win or lose um you put in the work and do things the right way and then I believe you know over time the results will show your playing time has been a little bit all over the place you go from nights like tonight

Where you play 15 or 20 minutes and then other nights where it’s maybe two or three just how do you keep yourself ready to have big moments like this where your team needed you um it’s mostly mental um just you know staying engaged on the bench figuring out how they’re guarding um

Where shots might be um what we need to do better defensively offensively just trying to be in the game even though I might not be on the court plane um um really helps the most um and that’s just part of it too staying ready um whether

It’s me gal whoever coach goes with kind of as that ninth guy just staying ready
