Offseason: Brad overpaid Jaylen Brown and Payton Pritchard

    Now: Sike!!!!

Meanwhile, I’m hoping Jrue recovers before the start of the playoffs. His basketball smarts(pun intended) and his veteran leadership is so important to get that Banner 18.

  2. Neat-Current5008

This must’ve been what it felt like for Milwaukee beating up on bad teams at the start of the season

  3. Royal_Ramble

Imagine the YouTube videos and podcasts if the Celtics do not win a title this year. I would just want to bury myself.

  4. Banana5scaleX

JB with a smooth 33 without breaking a sweat. He’s so strong down the lane.

Never doubted this win for a second. Ready for the playoffs!

  5. acrossthe_ocean

My honest to god take is that the Pistons are winning a playoff series inside of 4 years. I feel like there are way more pieces there than the record would make you think

  6. Faliberti

Well, I believe that means 1 more win to secure 1 seed. Someone let me know if I’m wrong.

  7. Cvspartan

Not bad for a game I felt like we played at 80-85% energy at times

  8. God seeing the G-League guys playing together was so fun. The chemistry was insane. Sign Queta right now.

  9. Ok_Seaweed_9452

The last 2 minutes Maine Celtics team is fun to watch

  10. UnbridledCarnage

Great game. We played, we competed, we won. We have no brakes. One speed, domination. I like it.

  11. FloweredWallpaper

Got the win, stayed healthy and sat 3 rotation players. And still scored 129.

    That’s impressive as fuck.

  12. Neemias made more in 3 minutes than Kornet or Tillman in 17 and 20 minutes. What shame he don’t get enough opportunities

  13. Celtics are now 56-14 through 70 games. That’s the best record through 70 games since the 1985-86 Celtics that were 57-13.

  14. himanshuy

Pistons team didn’t shake hands after the game. KP was literally looking for them. So fucking unprofessional.

  15. SinibusUSG

Just a thought: the Celtics have likely been pretty impervious to the recent dip in scoring across the league *because* they shoot so many 3s.

That lingering complaint is what leaves them more in control of their own results than other teams. It doesn’t matter how loose the refs are with their whistles when you’re just making baskets.

  16. hellomattwhite

Eddie HAS to dial in his remote presence. Blurry backgrounds and disappearing shoulders are difficult at best.

  17. Jaylen has been unreal since the Allstate break!

  18. whoismico

I left the room and came back to Scal saying “Drew doesn’t know, I’ll talk to him” and Eddie replying, “I’ll have to choke you [Drew] next time we’re on the plane (jokingly)”

What in the world did I miss? Lol

  19. Does anyone else feel like Pritchard would average 25pts 10ast if he was on a team like the Pistons or Wizards or Blazers?

  20. SirFozzie

    No JT.

Opponent shoots over 50% from the field. Peyton Pritchard was the second top scorer in the game.

And we still win by 27.

How do we feel about that? (Awwww yeahhhh!)

(note: I’m not putting down PP, you gotta admit that if you expected him to be in say, the top two scorers for the Celtics, something bad happened ;))

  21. G1Megatron

Little Caesars Arena was poppin tonight! Fans went crazy! Gotta go home and see if I made it on tv lol.

Next stop for me is the TD Garden. ✈️

  22. This bench would be a playoff team. Change my mind

  23. DockEllis

Been waiting to get back up to that .800 win percentage.
