And to the point where you have to generate the thought and then also retain it it’s very underestimated in terms of how much your brain does because y’all don’t even realize this this is something I recently learned your brain takes up about 20% of your energy so say you consume 2,000 calories

Focus to actually get better if it’s two hours three hours one hour workout working on one skill maybe 25% of that workout for another skill right be 75 25 split hour workout 12:30 to 1:30 or45 then you rest a little bit then you can get another workout workout in that four

Then you could go end up getting a work then your actual team practice 7:00 to 8:30 it just depends are you willing to actually be disciplined enough right disciplined enough do you have the discipline are you willing to make the sacrifices to make it to that high level

What reads to make what players to see what gaps you can get into what gaps you cannot instead of sitting here trying to remember where where you should start what side of the floor you should start where you should pop out and get this catch or doing that stuff that’s not

Allowing you to make plays you should make sure that every time you go home from practice you try to rewrite all the plays back so now when you get into practice like I said you could go and figure out the gaps Within the play what times you can break a play what

Opportunities what type of reads to make what things to look at right while you’re actually in the practice and so you can do something as simple as like I said before go and rewrite the plays that y’all had at practice at home so by the time you get back to practice you
