If the season were to end like this I think we have very good odds to meet the Nuggets In the western conference Finals again. We avoid Denver and Minnesota. What are your thoughts in our chances?

The Nuggets have 29th SoS left and OKC has the 4th. Nuggets are going to the 1 seed so we should do everything we can to try and get into the 7/8 matchup or it won’t be a conference final matchup but a first round match up. I would like to play them once we have our playoff legs under us. As it stands for us :
Warriors in the 9/10 matchup.
Possibly Kings in the winner of 9/10 vs loser of 7/8 matchup.
Then a first round against the Nuggets.
If we get through all that then Clippers in round 2.
Conference finals against OKC/Wolves/ Suns.
The conference finals would be the easiest matchup if we stay 9/10. We have to get to the 7/8 slot.
Dallas plays Sac twice next week. They’re both at 29 losses. I hope they don’t split those games so we can end up being 1 GB after all that.

There’s a really high chance that they lose to the Kings or Mavs and miss the playoffs entirely. It is what it is at this point.
Imagine having Ime Udoka or Nurse as our head coach. They wouldn’t be in this position to begin with, like a top 4-6 seed at least

I think we’ll beat the Warriors pretty easily in the 9/10 game so long as we’re healthy.
I’m worried about the matchup against the Kings/Mavs. High powered offenses that have both played well against us historically + on the road. Going to be a tough matchup either way whoever loses the 7/8 game

If the lakers have to “avoid teams”, then they’re not a championship team. What about the kings, who the lakers apparently no plan for beating, just like the nuggets? What about the suns, who the lakers didn’t even look competitive against in the past 2 games (the last being without Bradley Beal)?
