   My respect for KD grew so much more after the Olympics. I wanted pop to get a gold medal so badly (he should have been the coach long ago but whatever). It would have been so easy for a lot of NBA superstars to skip it (finals ended like a week before the first game, covid restrictions etc) and many did. Not KD though, and unlike some other players on the team, he showed up and was ready to go.

   The world is getting better at basketball and pop won’t be coaching much longer, so for that I’ll always have a big respect for KD.

   I remember telling my friends at school that KD had to come to SA in 2016, if he wanted an dynasty. Imagine Prime KD, Kwahi and LA
