Kyle Anderson appreciation

Kyle has easily taken the most heat from the fan base this year, and for the most part it has been justified. But in this last stretch of games he’s been really good, I feel like he is no longer a no-factor on offense. Playing a bit more like last season Kyle. Wolves back. Naz Reid.

I never doubted the guy. He’s the dude you tell your kid to emulate if they want to be good. Pure fundamentals and high IQ plays

I was throwing mad hate at Kyle for his performance in the first half of the season. Glad he’s returned to form. Hopefully JMAC too

Too many noobs just look at boxscores. He don’t jump out on boxscores.

Slow mo is still the greatest FA signing in Wolves history even after a rough first half of the season.

I don’t love him in lineups with other non-shooters, but guys like Kyle who are reliable and high IQ players have been so hard to come by for this organization.

I hope he retires in Minnesota

  5. He definitely isn’t your typical NBA player. Everything he does defies what a typical NBA player looks like. But I still love him

He’s shooting a little better and I think Finch is using him better. When we were running Conley/Ant/Jaden/SloMo/Rudy lineups, there just wasn’t enough offensive firepower and our scoring died. Play him alongside 2 good offensive weapons and he’s usually pretty effective. He can help facilitate on offense and play normal strong defense.

I like a lot of things he brings to the team, but he does kill the spacing on this team when he’s on the field with Gobert, but that’s more of a coaching issues than a SloMo issue.

I agree that watching him has been less frustrating lately. Now I’m starting to think back when that started and wondering if it coincides with KAT going down with his injury.

I will say I’ve despised him at times for the majority of the season.

Without him I don’t know how we win these games if we didn’t have him after Kat went down. He’s been huge.

I think we would be dangerously close of dropping out of the 3rd seed without him
