At this point fully healthy I think Burks might be situational and I think there is a legit discussion to be had if Deuce should be the 1st guard off the bench over Hart.

Deuce is better than Ray Allen. There I said it

    forget his own stats.

think about how the team looked on offense when brunson was off the floor and deuce was running the show just two weeks ago, compared to now.

can all the doubters jump off the bandwagon and find something new to shit on him for? because so far, every single thing he has been doubted for, he has improved in astonishing fashion. maybe deuce feeds off of doubt.

  4. The coaching staff saw this at practice way before we did and this probably why the FO was so comfortable trading Grimes for Bojan/Burks. Deuce is everything we wanted Grimes to be and I’m glad his game is blossoming right before our eyes.

Duece is becoming a proof of concept that the Mitchell, Brunson pairing would work well.

At least in the regular season.

I’m BEGGING teams to “hide” their worst defender on him. Please try it.

Lowkey dude shoots better from 3 when someone is draped all over him 😂

  8. heliumointment

it’s like ray allen and tony allen had a baby

    don’t overthink it

I was thinking we needed to pick up a guy like Tyus Jones this offseason but with the way Deuce is looking we may not have to

Deuce has grown tremendously and he has because he has put in the work, which is part of our culture. You love to see it.

I wish we had another Deuce type waiting in the wings but we’ve been punting the last couple of drafts.

He was looking like he was about to strip Divo’s 3’s record the very next game.

speaking as someone who doesn’t watch other teams’ games and has no concept of how other coaches are doing, switching to the 4-guard lineup with deuce over precious should win thibs COTY

Dude is doing everything right on the floor. He knows how to compliment any lineup he’s with, it’s so dope.

Player after player on this team is having this kind of reveal. Hartenstein was good, on the Knicks he’s become fantastic. Hart the same last year. DDV. Achiuwa, etc…. It makes me wonder how much of this is just the players improving and how much is the environment that Thibs has created. If all the injuries this year have shown anything, it’s that I think we have one of the best TEAMs in the NBA. We don’t have the flashiest superstars, but I think the culture we have is one of the strongest in the league and our up and coming players are massively benefitting from that. Winning making everyone look great.

  15. He reminds me of Charlie Ward from the 90s, didn’t get enough minutes to make any impact.

When he did get minutes, he went into beast mode fairly quickly.

The Knicks, with their whole roster healthy can adapt to almost any opposing team inthe league. Size, defense, shooting. We appear to have it all. GO KNICKS!!!

    So
    Brunson McBride OG Randle iHart

DDV Hart Precious Mitch off the bench

    Pretty terrifying.

  18. Blackbolt113

I think we need to keep this entire roster, including Mitch and Hartenstein, intact for a whole season, before we make a major trade. I’m less inclined for trading for Donovan Mitchell at this point.
