Jalen Brunson is the leading NBA 2024 MVP candidate, without a doubt. The Knicks at various times this year were down 2 players, and Jalen has picked up the slack. That to me, is unselfish play, which NBA Viewers consumed, for free. ESPN makes a ton of cash too through subscribership of new members anticipating, Jalens performance. Do they throw him more cash, when subscribership, increases? In essence, this criteria must be added to the MVP selection committee's, checklist. How many players in the NBA are unselfishly and consistently, carrying the loss of two other players, on their backs? Side Note: With Bridges being traded to the Nets, Villanova fans would probably be ecstatic to see him end up in the Knicks lineup alongside Villanova NCAA championship teammates Brunson, Divencenso, and Hart.
