Did the NBA just quietly rescind it or did I miss the news?

Flop technical fouls are not considered unsportsmanlike – they’re more like a defensive 3 second penalty than a true technical foul.
Made my blood boil to watch Jokic snap his head back with any contact but yet they call that shit on Rudy?
