Pelicans 10492 yesterday and a flip of the Swiss defensively did wers for them they only allowed 55 points in the last three quarters of the game and route to the Victory and I wanted to dive into how they did this so let’s get into the film how yall doing I hope you’re doing

They’re guarding a guy that they that can’t shoot if you give him space and you sag off this is a oneof a kind type player we’ve never seen a guy this athletic and this strong and this Nimble right if you give him that space he’s

Going to eat the space up so what you want to do is force him to handle the ball with pressure you see how far Jaylen Brown is picking him up he’s forcing him to handle with pressure on him so here he’s not going north and south he’s going east and west here so

It’s a little stagnant right here then Drew holiday comes in he blitzes him and they force a turnover all right so again here we are Jaylen Brown on Zion first quarter he had 12 points this quarter two points and three turnovers Jaylen Brown not playing him so far off so that

Again it’s porzingis not one of his five blocks but he contested it so well for Zion to miss and this right here was just a masterpiece of sustained effort by Chris Asing so here again you see they get the ball to Larry Nash look how much space KP is giving him they want

Him to take that shot he’s not looking for it so then we get JB on Zion again and again look where KP is he’s in held position JB takes a couple bumps from Zion he spins right into porzingis he helps contest that one Zion gets the offensive rebound KP blocks one shot he

Gets another rebound gets it up again KP blocks it again and again some more great defense from KP and JB look how far he’s playing off of Larry NZ he’s not even worried about him this is what we want them to do we want them to pass

To Larry NZ he was 0 for two in this quarter from three and again here’s porzingis helping on Trey Murphy’s drive he makes him step towards Jaylen Brown and Jaylen brown with a superb athletic play gets to block and again KB helping on the TJ mccom Drive Lance finally takes a shot

But it’s what we want him to do and he missed that one all right so here good def from everybody Drew holiday front Zion in the post as herb Jones is trying to get the ball to him it forces the swing and now here Zion is going to

Catch it in the corner instead of on the Block and then everybody on our team converges Chris as porzingis again leaves Larry nass in the corner Zion passes out to him he takes a shot he doesn’t hit this one again all right so Derek W gets screen here he does a nice

Job contesting after trailing the shot Trey Murphy being the athlete that he is gets the offensive rebound but then our big man comes and clean up for one his five blocks all right so here just a great defensive possession overall by the Celtics they Converge on the Zion

The drive and he forc the air ball and again the versatility of Xavier tman we’ve seen him switch onto everybody in this league but here he’s down a little banging with Valen chunis get some help from Tatum at the end and he forced to miss and here again just another good
