If KCP stays next year, league (even more) fucked.
This totally depends on what KCP is willing to sign for, what Nuggets can offer, and overall market for his services. Bruce Brown got his bag and I’d support KCP getting his bag too even though it’d suck for us.
Brown also said 1 more year before he saw the bag he could get. All depends on his market. Really hope he comes back obviously.
Lol pretty sure Bruce said the same thing. Maybe he is honest here but he’s also got a chance for one more payday. Can’t say I blame him if he takes the out
He also said it after she kept prodding him for crowd platitudes.

Dam its a god dam shame he came here as deep into his carrier as he did.
Now i cant even bring myself to say that he is the one we trade away to help with our salary issues. Gonna really have to get MPJ to agree to a lesser contract. Also sadly it would really be better for us if Jamal doesnt get the supermax he deserves.
Regardless of him saying that today, if I put myself in his shoes I think he’s almost a lock to stay. He has made over 100 million in his career. He’s pushing the back end of his playing days and on a team that loves him and his role fits in. To leave for a bag at this stage of his life, I just don’t see happening.
He is, even if he leaves, because he won a championship here. Just like Bruce Brown will always be a Nugget, so will KCP. I don’t think the Nuggets can pay him what he’s going to be worth on the open market, unfortunately.
