Damn nah the Mavs are good. They’re currently one of the better defensive teams in the league based on last 12 or so games and we already know they will be dangerous on offence too. They clicking on all cylinders meanwhile we have some of the worst defence in the league when Kawhi goes to the bench and harden is struggling more than ever to generate his own shots.
It’s not going to be Kawhi vs Doncic this time, it’ll be a battle of the surrounding casts and theirs got significantly better at the deadline

I’d rather face the Suns or Kings than the Mavs or Pels, but the potential 2nd round matchup is definitely better for us than going against the Nuggets.

i dont want the mavs, but its going to be the mavs. they have a pretty easy schedule coming the stretch. they won’t finish any worse than 5th IMO. it is what it is. it won’t be easy no matter the matchup.

Playing OKC would be best case scenario in round 2. Realistically, the round 1 matchup can’t matter. If we can’t beat any of the Mavs/Pels/Suns in round 1, we’re fucked anyway.
Almost kinda nice knowing that the 2/3/4 seed kinda doesn’t mean shit. Let the top 3 kill themwelves for seeding. SGA, KAT, Jamal are all hurt recently and the Pels have lost Ingram. Coasting at the end aint so bad.

Will be a blood bath series but if we win hopefully the 2nd round match up isn’t against Denver. If we win out it is possible we could move up to the 3rd seed but highly unlikely.
