Whatever wins/losses gives us the Pelicans or Kings in the first round is what I want.

We’re going to clinch soon enough. I guess it comes down to if we finish 3rd do we want to face the Pelicans or Mavericks. A Pelicans loss could mean we face them, but than again the Maverick are hot maybe we prefer the Pelicans if we can’t finish in the top 2.

Idk if I’d rather get the 1 seed and potentially play the Lakers and the refs in the first round, or get the 3 seed and play the red hot Mavs/Pels. Both are not great answers.

If the Wolves are good enough to be where they are they should be good enough to win in the first round. Why be scared? Are we afraid this team isn’t that good?

I have to admit, last night was my fault. The Wolves were up 99-96 and I started to prepare a cheeky, “With this win the Timberwolves have been officially eliminated from play-in contention, thus ending their chances at a threepeat as play-in champions…” post – and then it all started to fall apart. I knew it was karmic retribution for my hubris. I humbly apologize to everyone I hurt with my reckless actions.

With suns being the suns there’s really no telling. I was really hoping they’d dominate the thunder after their big Denver win but of course they lost by 25.

Do we have the tie breaker against the Mavs and New Orleans? If so, we just need to win two more games to guarantee homecourt for the playoffs!
Who cares, we’ll clinch one for ourselves soon enough anyway
