I mean we can afford to. It just makes things harder.

Suns aren’t going 5-3, and kings probably won’t get to 4-4 either.

If we go 6-1, 7th seed secured. 5-2 we probably still get 8th. I don’t see us going less than 5-2 tbh

What seed is all of these predictions is he alluding too?

We need the Pelicans to beat the Suns tonight. If that happens, I really think we’ll move up past the Suns

Lakers have 3 free wins coming up. 5-2 is definitely doable

Have to be wary about the Warriors behind also. Only 1 up in the loss column and the final matchup vs them decides the tiebreaker I believe (3-1 if they win, 2-2 if Lakers win but someone mentioned Lakers would have it?).

We just have to continue building that team chemistry with Gabe and Vando back. We took a shit during the regular season and we have no one to blame but ourselves. Move on from that and just be the best team possible going forward.

  8. Going 5-2 puts us in a great spot.

The suns would need to go 5-3 to have a better record than us and the schedule for them is insane

We can’t lose more than 2 games. Minnesota and Cleveland I feel like should be understandable Ls even though I’d GREATLY prefer that we win them all

Honestly getting to play-in healthy as the 9th seed and the team outside of LBJ feeling confident is the most important. We know Bron/Ad can turn it on

We just need the 7th or 8th seed. 6th is likely out of tje picture which is fine, but the difference of having two chances to move on vs needing to win 2 in a row are so vast especially with the amnt of quality teams in the play in.

The guys need to go 7-0 or 6-1 and not leave anything up to chance!!

  12. Cavs, Wolves, and Pels are the toughest teams left. Everyone else we should plow through.

  13. The suns, kings, and to some extent Pelicans all have a brutal remaining schedule.

It’s possible for the Lakers to move up out of play in territory

We’ll be okay either way. At worst, we’re facing Golden State in Staples and a depleted Kings team. I like our odds even in that scenario.

I am not giving Suns a lot of chances given that they could lose to a Wenby-less Spurs when they have big 3. I say they may go 2-6. Kings will fall as well so I say we are in good spot. Aside from all these, we really need to take care of our own business well. The last game versus NOP would be critical

The Mavs are legit. It’s hard to see them drop 6 of their last 8 games. The most realistic/ideal is for the Lakers to tie wity the Suns for the 8th seed as they own the tiebreaker over them. Three way tie with Suns and Kings will hurt the team more since they are 0-4 against the Kings this season. And all teams are in the same division.

It frustrates the crap out of me that we have to even think about this. Imagine how carefree we’d be if only he’d have played Rui at the 3 all along instead of the dogshit lineups he cooked up to start the year.

people don’t seem to understand that the biggest difficulty isn’t even Lakers going 6-1 .

Suns beating Nuggets and Pelicans away … fuck my life. Give them credit. We are stuck at 9th. Hopefully Thunder stays 1st seed
