[NBAPR] Indiana Pacers Two-Way center Oscar Tshiebwe has been named the 2023-24 Kia NBA G League Rookie of the Year for his play with the Indiana Mad Ants. LA Clippers Two-Way guard Jordan Miller and Philadelphia 76ers Two-Way guard Ricky Council IV finished second and third in voting.
