We definitely would’ve been higher last season right?

Felt like everyone was barely over 500 last season

  1. Imagine if Ham didn’t lose his mind for three weeks in December.

team was lazy Asf in December and D-Lo was having an awful shooting month

Lakers got very lucky with health this season all their top 5 players stayed healthy for the entire season

2025 if Bron/AD gets hurt even for 10-15 games they will be right back in this spot next year too

Honestly, before the season started, I was expecting them to be around 10-15 games above .500 and be among the Top 4 teams in the West before Play-in Tournament starts. But here we are, they are 10 games above .500 but 9th seed, crazy indeed.

  4. Took Ham more than half a season to figure out that your best chance of winning is starting your 5 best players and play them together as much as possible.

Didn’t develop players that could have been good bench players for the Lakers, like Hayes and Christie.

Instead he focused on players he already had relationships with and players he felt that “played hard”, even if they sucked.

This team should easily be 16-18 games over .500 with any NBA level head coach.

If I had told you that Minnesota, OKC, Dallas and New Orleans were all going to drastically improve and two of those teams were gonna be competing for the top seed in the west, would anyone believe me after seeing what they did last year?

Think we would’ve been 3rd or 4th if I remember correctly. The West is back to the old days. Next season might be worse with Morant coming back, and probably additions to teams like the Spurs and what not. Buckle up ya’ll!
