[Irwin] It’s so funny looking at these results because you’d think the Lakers traded for Jokic or Giannis but nope the key adjustment was “play your best players”

What’re you taking about man? Taurean and Cam are two of our best players!

Yes, but to be fair, we also started shooting a lot better.

Having both Reaves and Dlo enter a slump at the exact same time didn’t help, they needed the time on the bench to reset imo

This is so nice to look at (can’t win everything) but the 2 losses to Sacramento still piss me off so much.

That’s definitely it. And we still have fuck ups with the lineups when it comes to the rotation. I’ve seen three man guard lineups in there, Prince with too many minutes, Rui getting benched most if not all of the fourth quarter, etc.
The positive thing about that schedule, we are winning the games we are suppose to win. The negative is we don’t have enough quality wins. Most of our losses are against teams we need to beat if we truly want a shot in the playoffs. Getting body bagged by Denver and Sacramento is concerning.

Rui, Austin, and DLo all started off the session terribly.
But go on with the bullshit.

Boston living life in easy mode. Those teams in the east are free wins.

Outside of the finalized roster and rotation, I think the biggest X factor was Dinwiddie.
Him coming in brought stability to D’lo both on court and off court. And provide that defensive coverage when duo’d with either Reeves or D’lo.
I think he’s also a better lead defender than Reddish and thus freeing Rui from trying to be Vando, which he’s not that good at, and focus more on his rebounding game and offense.

Interesting that 6 of the 8 losses are Denver, Sacramento, and GS (2 each)

It is concerning our losses are Nuggets, Kings, Suns, and Warriors. Those are all teams we’re likely going to see in the playoffs/play in

All our lossses are against western conference teams except the decent Indiana team… Hmm..

Losing against the teams that count

No, it’s the playcalling frequency that’s been the key to success.
