The Bucks must not have been scouting when they decided to sign Doc Rivers. Not sure if there is a coach who has lost more times in the playoffs after leading 3 to 1. Not a surprise since he spends most timeouts and lulls during games complaining to referees instead of talking to his players and drawing up plays. Ego is too large to admit he is at fault, will never win another championship. Lucked out with the one he got in Boston, thanks to Garnett, Pierce, Rondo and Ray Allen.

Bucks should've kept Jrue and traded Middleton instead.
Bucks with Jrue had elite defense with just poor offense. They could've just traded for Bojan or Kuzma, much cheaper option than Dame.
And if they simply think about it, Middleton doesn't offer anything else besides his shooting, especially after injuries, he can't do anything else if he isn't hitting his shots. Jrue, at least if he sucks offensively, he can still defend, especially at a more pivotal spot where the Bucks lack at the guard position.

Doc is not the entire problem, a lot of the roster is older and slower. Not to mention that the only guys consistently putting in effort are Giannis, Pat, and maybe the rookies… guys like Khris, Bobby, Brook are out of their prime and have not been playing with hustle. Doc has still been an average at best coach, though
