   beating the pacers though is unlikely. but if Heat beat them tonight I think that’ll be enough for the pacers to end up in the play-ins.

   If we tie the Grizz, that would be the most 2023-24 thing to happen to this team and add to a horrible season. It would be absolutely ridiculous and needs to be avoided at all costs. The Raptors need to give themselves every chance to add talent to this roster.

   Beat the Pacers but rest guys strategically throughout the rest of the season. They broke the losing streak. Nothing else really matters. You’ve seen positive development from some players, and you probably have a few solid pieces to build around.

   Still rather lose this pick, keep the mid teens pick, and then own all picks going forward.

   I even think there’s a chance a team overpays for our second round pick since they’ll have a night to talk themselves into a player in the second round being really good.
