I tried looking at the numbers of Poole and Kispert hoping for the same results but while they are better, their efficiency isn’t. Without Kuz, Kispert’s efficiency drops and Poole remains inefficient, contrary to Deni who is actually extremely efficient while he’s at it with 58/39/78 shooting splits and 61.1% TS (good for third best in the league).
While I do like Kuz’s presence on the team (and his occasional big performances) it seems like his absence forces players into a bigger role, immensely helping player development. I truly think trading him is best for both parties: we prioritize development and tanking while he might be able to contribute on a more competitive team.
