Recently got into women’s basketball, I can see that coaching really does make a difference in this sport. Cool to see that 4 of the 5 winningest coaches are currently still coaching. Geno, Kim, Dawn and Tara are gonna have their hands full with top recruits wanting to add to their legacy. Exciting time for womens basketball!

It’s the media the media is just pushing women’s basketball nowadays we know how the empowerment is. I can name 5 women better than Kaitlyn Clark no disrespect
It’s a team game and obviously SC has a much better team. If you put CC on SC, replacing any player. Obviously, she would win the championship. Dawn Staley is a great coach. But if you swapped the two coaches, who would won the Final? In college, even the great one only has one or two cracks at winning a championship. Unlike the pro, they can have 15 years to get ring.

Let's be real, Dawn should be in the conversation of all coaches, men & women. She should be up on Mt. Rushmore, that's how good I think she is as a coach. She put together a great team with a great bench. Plus having to me the best defensive player on the court,
6 ft 7, Kamilla Cardoso. Staley had built in that bench that kept their legs fresh, while you could see Iowa wearing down and honestly, any other team, Iowa probably would have come back but Cardoso had the edge. As hard as Hannah Stuelke played so hard but her assignment was Cardoso.

Dawn was always the ish to me ever since I watched her at the 96 Olympics as a kid. I always seen the fire in her eyes and it hasn’t burned out on the sidelines. I love my sista, she a All Star.

I'll go out on a limb and say it. If Dawn Staley continues coaching and wants to do it long term, she's gonna catch Geno. Players respect and want to play for coaches who have done it themselves and can put them in the best positions to be successful, especially for elite players. They want that leadership and direction not just in the college game, but also in preparing for their pro career…and those are the players you need to win championships.
I'm done with Dawn Staley after she said transgender men should be able to play against biological women. And this is from a woman who is always proclaiming God's name, which clearly is lip service if she thinks transgender men should play against real women….for starters!!!
