    Some notes:

Dallas is 7-5 (.580) without Kyrie and 16-4 (.800) with Kyrie in clutch games.

Kyrie is the leading scorer in the clutch with 83 points in 76 min for Dallas despite playing only 20 out of a total of 32 clutch games.

The 3 highest clutch 3PM in our team are: Exum with 8/12 (66.67), Kai with 8/19 (42.1%) and Luka with 9/22 (40.9%). The crazy part is that Exum has played only 14 clutch games compared to 28 by Luka and 20 by Kyrie.

If Kyrie played 48 minutes straight with those crazy numbers, he’d put up 52/5/4 at 17/28 FGM (60%), 5/12 3PM (42%) and 13/14 FTM (95%). I’m pretty sure Kai has had a better game than that for us. Didn’t he just score 48 at 60/38.5/90 and we’re not even talking about his most efficient games, lol.

Some random thoughts about other good clutch players:

Considering sample size and stats, Steph should easily still be the clutch player of the year because GSW. Steph has the highest total points and the highest PPG of any player in the clutch and played 139 minutes shooting 31/67 3PA at 46.3%. The next highest 3s anyone has hit after 31 is….. 13. There are 8 players with more than 30 3PA in the clutch this season, none have hit at a rate better than 32%, because hitting clutch 3s consistently is hard. His team mate Klay went 11/44 3PA despite being a 39% 3P shooter at 9 3PA this year lmao.

Another thing to note is that I had to cut off for PPG for efficiency at some point to stop all the dunkers with one fifth the points but 100% FG getting in. One really notable player who got left out is JDub Williams who averaged 2.6 clutch points at 69/58/82 over 31 games. Didn’t do it because obv he was a role player scoring about half of Kyrie’s PPG and Shai was taking most of the clutch shots on the team.

I love the fact that he let lively have the number 2 but it was perfect on him

Bro just turns into a robot in the 4th quarter, every shot in the 4th quarter he takes I expect him to score.
