Bit of a shocker but this may be due to the new rule this year that doesn’t allow “stars” to rest in any ESPN or TNT game.

It wouldn’t surprise me if both are a little hobbled but because they love playing with each other, they are ok with playing through any small pains. Take note, this is what happens when you thoroughly enjoy each other as teammates. I figure Luka’s silly immature lightheartedness is refreshing for Kyrie that’s been under so much scrutiny while on his other teams. It’s truly a joy to watch.

Im shocked by this playing these guys on a back to back when they have over 90% chance at staying in the 5 seed. I’d prefer Kyrie and Luka to get a break, clinch the 5th seed on Friday and rest again on Saturday. Clippers are literally giving Kawhi 3 weeks off just to face us. We need rest

Could be a risk hopefully it doesn’t backfire id have sat them tonight. Only play them half the game against Pistons as fan appreciation and then sit against OKC. Don’t want a repeat of what happened in 2022 with Luka!

LAC has no home court advantage. Those are all Lakers fans over there so I feel quite comfortable with playing Westbrick and the Clips.

Maybe not a popular opinion but I would rather have the Thunder than the clippers. And stay out of the bracket with the nuggets. I would rest our stars and see where the chips fall. I think we can beat anyone but I would like to face them later in the playoffs. I think Thunder are very beatable
