It’s guaranteed that both Warriors rookies will be in an All-Rookie team. Is it the first time when two rookies in one team made in All-Rookie team in the same season?

You know this isn’t official, right? It still has to be voted on by the coaches. The [NBA.com](https://NBA.com) Rookie Ladder does not poll the coaches. It’s just journalism to generate buzz.

Damn this rookie class looks stacked in general

Mike did a great job man . Can’t wait to see what can he do this draft
nba2k11er
Hope it happens. Last time for the Warriors was 1980-81. Joe Barry Carroll and Larry Smith. I didn’t know that off the top of my head, had to look it up.
For the league in general it happens every now and then. Last year both the Rockets and Pistons did it.
1965-66, there was only one all-rookie team but 2 Warriors made it. Rick Barry (averaged 26/11) and Fred Hetzel (averaged 7/5, lol).

Dunleavy killed it. And he was supposedly the draft Poole advocate
Gosh I wish he was the decision maker for the last few drafts. Kuminga is good and Moody is solid for the 14th pick but getting serviceable players instead of Wiseman, PBJ,Rollins and fucking secret stash Smalagic would’ve been so nice.

This is not the first time, it happened as recently as last year for two teams: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NBA_All-Rookie_Team
Jalen Duren and Jaden Ivey made 2nd team for the Pistons. Tari Eason and Jabari Smith Jr made 2nd team for the Rockets.

No this is very common and your source is not official
This is all great but also TJD should be over Ausar and Lively. Ausar just because and Lively just based on availability.

TJD being last on a random opinion based list, even from the NBA themselves, is very far from a guarantee of him being on an All-Rookie team lol
*first time Warriors rookies
Surprised lively isn’t higher. Pretty much what TJD has been to us but for the entire season for the mavs
yay! i’ve always liked TJD even at the beginning of the season. and of course, Podz has been amazing all throughout
Podz should be #1
It’s not quite a guarantee. Cason Wallace, not listed here, could end up making second team over TJD
