Hand to Ear or Step over. My money is on hand to ear just because Ty Lue is an important part of the league now

I think it’ll be the Hand to Ear or Crossover pose. As iconic as the Stepover is I wouldn’t want Iverson’s statue to include another player and I think it would look awkward without another figure under him. His Crossover and Hand to Ear moves are just as iconic and let him stand on his own.
That said, a stepover would work a lot better as a larger statue that people could actually walk under (not unlike Shaq’s at Staples). I’m pretty sure this is one of the smaller statues that they display at the practice facility though.

Step over is incredibly iconic, but we went on to lose that finals in 4 straight games. Idk, would just be weird to me if it was made into a statue.

Hand to the ear. Crossover would be cool and maybe my second choice, even though the step over is an iconic moment I feel like you’d choose something that’s more of a staple for a statue than a one time highlight, regardless of how amazing of a highlight it is.

The MVP or Iconic photoshoot pose is garbage for a statue. A dunk might be ok, but it wasn’t really his game.
A statue of Iverson doing a cross over would be perfectly fitting, but I think it’s an incredibly tough statue to pull off and look like an exciting action scene. If it’s a great statue, it might be the best, but it’s the toughest to get right IMO.
A step over statue would be cool because of the photo opportunity to have people posing underneath it. That would become a big time tourist stop. It might be rejected by serious people who would be afraid of offending the league somehow that Ty Lue is still a part of.
That said, hand-to-ear feels more realistic. It was the signature thing he did all of the time, it’s an easy statue to make work, and nobody would really hate it.
Just please tell me the Embiid statue is going to be be Embiid doing the Triple-H crotch chop “suck it” gesture he got fined for. I need this to happen so bad.
