  1. It’s Jokic for MVP and it isn’t close. Luka having a great year and is a great player but no chance. His usage is also 20% higher that Jokic which pads his stats. Joker for prez

  2. Dallas without Luka 4w/6L
    Denver without Jokic 3w/0L
games missed : (only + 20 min par game players)
    Dallas 93 (2513min)
    Denver 38 (1208min)
Gafford and PG play 25 games each

    6win argument… it's crazy

  3. People are gonna look back at Luka numbers similar to shaq and Kobe and say how the fuck did that guy only win 1 mvp. And its the voters fault

  4. Jokic being called BY FAR the best player in the league is TOTAL BULLSHIT.

That is an insult to Luka and he is going to show you that soon enough.

  5. Imagine if Jokic has Murray for those 20 games. They'd be in cruise control, have an 8 game lead and Luka by all means could pull a Joel Embiid and swoop in, and steal the MVP when Denver was resting for the playoffs. Alas, Murray did miss 20 games and Jokic carried the Nuggets to 32 games over 500. 20 games over is less impressive.

  6. Feel like it’s important to mention the SOS for the mavericks 18 game stretch, they have literally played 2 teams that aren’t tanking/ play in teams in that stretch, and they went 1-1.

  7. What is this bubble head talking about? Gafford has been fine??? Mixed bag? They have been best in the league since he arrived. The guy is defending and shooting like 100 % What more would you want? Wilt?

  8. Jokic would definitely love having his brother Luka win the MVP. Joker don't even care about winning it, he's going for the chip.

  9. LOL….MAN….U SHOWED CLIPSE…
    AND U SHOWED & SAID KYRIE THIS & THAT A 1000 TIMES….
THE BRILLIANT PASSES FROM LUKA CREATED MOST OF THOSE SHOTS….NO…GREAT PASS FROM LUKA MENTION LOL

  10. It looks like Ant is only comfortable making that skip pass against the high drop coverage if the pass is to the weak side since there isn’t an additional defender on the wing that shrinks the passing window

  11. I don't understand, "yeah, Mavericks had injuries, but Nuggets missed Murray too."

When have 1 startering player out with injuries worse than 4-6 rotational players out with injuries? This is like saying 1+1=3… this don't make sense lmao!

  12. As a celtics fan I am extremely afraid of this first round matchup. While we have good record against the 76ers, they have a good team and embiid is a beast. If we dont get them, it will probably be fucking miami, which are able to be suddenly really good EVERY SINGLE PLAYOFFS. We are known for just randomly being ass, Im afraid we drop 1-2 games and once again we are fucked and back to a game 7 against miami. The 2nd and ecf shouldnt be that hard, the first series is where I see challenge. I could just be that I am too scarred and suffer ptsd from the heat, thats also a possibility

  13. There's been some talk this year about Gobert giving Jokic trouble. That was true earlier in Jokic's career but hasn't been true for 3 or 4 years. I won't go as far as saying Jokic owns Gobert but let's just say that Jokic's 41 point game was no surprise and not at all unusual. One of the most critical elements to Jokic's greatness is that he figures players and teams and schemes out so quickly. As great a defender as Gobert is he was just another puzzle for Joker to solve.

  14. i cant believe they about to not give Luka the MVP… the choice was made up months ago.. Luka had the best season this year… the points the record the moments, better defense.. the guy had 73 points in a game! give this man the award

  15. these highlights are so focused on Denver's advantages and execution that if the score wasn't on the screen, you'd think Denver was already pulling away early and eventually it's a blowout. But somehow it was tight until mid-4th…

  16. I’m a Mavs fan and I’m not mad at Luka 2nd. Jokic has been great and probably deserves it more.

I think a lot of us are just mad because theres a dismissive and smug attitude from some media and voters (not you) about Luka for MVP. Almost like you silly fans don’t understand the film and analytics.

Jokic has been a huge favorite for months when this should be a tight race. The latest straw poll had 1 or 2 Luka 1st place votes. That feels ridiculous and biased.

For example Stephen A Smith didn’t even have him top 5 a week or so ago, below Brunson and Ant lol.

  17. Erm bros the Nuggets aren't that good bros they're not gonna win erm Jokić isn't that good bros I swear he won't do it again bros trust me 🫨🫨🫨🫨

  18. The Celtics record against the East is almost stellar and their record against the East at home is LITERALLY stellar; they haven’t been beaten by an Eastern team at home this season at all. It’s crazy.

Record against the other East playoff teams: Bucks 2-2 (and this last game you can toss as the two teams walked onto that court Tuesday night with vastly different agendas), Magic 2-1, Knicks 4-0, Cavs 2-1, Indy 3-1, Philly 3-1, Heat 3-0…

Records like those against the East contenders I believe are the Celtics letting us all know they are going to drop precious few games on their way to the Finals. Will the games be tough? Yes – the games against Philly and the Knicks, for example, are all close but with the Celtics executing down the stretch and pulling away for a two or three possession win I think we can reliably say the Celtics will win these series 4-0 or 4-1 with one game being them blowing out the other team and the others all being close – much like their Brooklyn series two years ago where all the games were challenging and close but they won 4-0.

Their record against the top Western teams, though, is only .500, splitting with OKC, Minny and the Clips, losing both to Denver but beating Dallas both times.

The Finals will be another whole animal for the Cs.

  19. Jamal Murray is not a below average defender. He allows the lowest FG% in the league when facing enough shots and behind him are Jrue and SGA. He’s an above average defender

  20. Borderline shocked to see Philly not get Even honorable mention or crack your top 10. Infinite amount of respect for you and your work! Maybe your underestimating Nick Nurse. Imo he's a top 3 playoff coach. When you see how the Sixers competed when Joel was out you can see what having an elite coach and how tangible their impact can be!

I'll definitely be revisiting this if the Sixers make the NBA finals 💙
